We especially appreciated the bottled water heater, which finally allowed us to enjoy reassuringly warm water in our room. The sink area was thoughtfully equipped with facial cleanser and a toiletry kit. There was even a digital scale by the bed. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner provided were all very good and didn't leave our skin feeling dry. We were greeted with desserts upon arrival and even received a gift when we checked out!"

"柏曼還是值得信賴。桂林住了，很滿意，南寧第二天來青秀山，還是選擇柏曼，沒有失望，雖然各家店各具特色。 這裏最值得稱道的是服務，還沒入住，聽説自駕，微信直接發地庫行車視頻，都知道地庫最難走，有了這個就方便多了。 前台也好，遇到的服務員也好，都笑臉相迎，祝福問候，很是舒服。 房間不小，可用空間夠用，箱子打開沒任何問題，大飄台可以坐下喝茶。不過還是提點意見，兩個小墊子太小了，要不靠背要不坐墊，不夠用，直接坐上畢竟硬了些，這麼大的飄台還是要利用好啊。 其它都很棒，柏曼品質，新設施，熱水充足，床品優良。我不看電視，沒嘗試，呵呵。 柏曼算個選項了，廣西印象超好，也許以後去其它地方也可以考慮。"

Located on the 21st floor, it offers a delightful surprise the moment you open the door. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; since three of us were staying, they kindly provided an extra quilt. The room itself is well-equipped. Given the frequent rain here, it's essential to put up the rain curtain on the balcony. The entire room is smart-enabled with XiaoDu, which is super convenient. The front desk was particularly thoughtful, offering many small amenities, even dental floss, making us feel right at home. Plus, the location is fantastic for getting around, with Metro Line 1 and 2 close by, making it easy to reach Pingxi Night Market and Sanjie Liangxiang. Definitely a worthwhile place to stay."
