"The hotel's environment and facilities are all great, but the service attitude at the front desk was a bit disappointing. It's clear they lack proper training. First, I mentioned that my Ctrip reservation indicated a welcome gift upon arrival, which required calling an hour in advance to book. So I called, and the front desk agent said those were only for in-store promotions. I told her I wasn't aware of that and only knew it was written in my order, and *then* she said I could come to the front desk to pick it up. Second, when we checked out today, I wanted to take a picture of the parking QR code (because yesterday, after scanning it once, I found it didn't work when I tried to leave the parking lot). I had called the front desk to ask them to input it and open the gate for me yesterday. Today, to avoid bothering them, I took out my phone to photograph the parking code. Immediately, she held up a sign and said I couldn't take pictures. I explained it was a precautionary measure because I was worried it wouldn't work downstairs, and she just said to contact the enterprise WeChat butler for any issues. I told her that their butler hadn't replied to me since I added them at 10 PM last night, which was over 12 hours ago! At this point, the front desk agent looked very impatient 🙄, so I just gave up. Therefore, a good corporate environment relies heavily on staff training, especially for the front desk (the housekeeping and laundry staff upstairs had a much better attitude than her, haha). I hope there will be improvements."
