The hotel offers free parking and a laundry room, which is very convenient. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. Highly recommended."

"Passing through Nanning, I decided to stay one night at this hotel, which I heard is the only Atour 4.0 in Guangxi. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt a sense of relaxation and calm. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and even upgraded my room type. Sleeping alone in a 2-meter bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The facilities are comprehensive; my room was on the eighth floor, and the restaurant, laundry machines, dryers, and gym were all conveniently located together. The only minor downsides were that the breakfast wasn't as plentiful as I'd hoped, and there was a slight lingering cigarette smell in the room when I first checked in, but it quickly dissipated."

"The room is large, clean, and quiet. The bedding is very comfortable. The shower head has a large and gentle flow, making the shower very comfortable. There is a laundry room that washes and dries clothes for free. The service is also very good. My dad wanted to buy socks, so he gave me a free pair. He also gave me a souvenir, which is very thoughtful. The breakfast is also good. There is unlimited free bottled water. Parking downstairs is very convenient, so I stayed here for another night. "I had a great stay, so good that I extended it for another day! Everything was fantastic, except for the pillows being a bit too soft. If you prefer firm, high pillows, you might find them lacking. My only minor complaint happened today before check-out: I ordered takeout to the hotel, and the delivery robot was incredibly slow, or perhaps just overwhelmed. I understand it's mealtime and there are lots of orders, but it shouldn't take over half an hour to deliver. When I called the front desk to inquire, they rushed through the call without properly checking and told me to wait, which led to another ten minutes of waiting unnecessarily. By the time I finally got my food, my noodles were cold, and the ice in my bubble tea had completely melted. However, these minor issues don't overshadow the overall excellent experience. It's a great hotel, and I'll definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Nanning."
