Hotel near Changping Valley/Ethnic Customs Street,Xiaojin
"Property is located some distance from changpinggou in a quieter village, but getting there should be pretty convenient by car as it seems to be right by the main road, with a parking lot beside. As we didn’t drive, owner was nice enough to fetch us from changpinggou. There are no restaurants within walking distance from the property, but you’re able to have your meals on site — the pricing is similar to restaurants in changpinggou. The heating in the room is underfloor heating and it is sufficiently warm. In room amenities include a projector , hair dryer, an electric kettle. Disposable towels as well as regular bath towels are provided. There are disposable room slippers and also toiletries provided. The owners have a handsome looking cat, and are willing to offer advice and help when approached. The young lady owner is really warm and friendly, making guests feel welcome."

"This hotel is super convenient for getting around, saving a lot of travel time. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, so we didn't have to worry about the kids being noisy and disturbing other guests. Downstairs, there's a cafe and restaurant with authentic Qiaojiao beef that's incredibly satisfying – perfect after a long day! You can just head downstairs for a hearty meal, then come back up to shower, order a coffee, and catch up on some shows. It's truly a blissful experience. The hairdryer in the room is also powerful, drying my hair in no time. Eating well, drinking well, playing well, and sleeping well – it truly made for a pleasant trip!"

"Mount Siguniang Yunyang Holiday Manor | A newly opened Wabi-Sabi style guesthouse in 2025, I, an introvert, didn't want to leave once I checked in 🏔️ During this trip to western Sichuan, I stayed in several guesthouses – some ******* style, some traditional, and some good value for money. But if there's one that made me think, 'Next time I come, I'll stay here again,' it's Yunyang Holiday Manor. First, the conclusion: This is the most comfortable guesthouse we've ever stayed in at Mount Siguniang. Hands down. ◆ Location It's right next to the Shuangqiao Valley Scenic Area, a very short drive away. After a day of exploring, you don't have to rush back, which is incredibly convenient for those traveling by car. It's the perfect setup for 'play hard, return with ease.' ◆ Style Newly opened in 2025, you can tell as soon as you walk in – this is something created by young people. It’s primarily Wabi-Sabi style, but not the 'falsely upscale' kind. They've truly nailed the texture and feel. The color palette is comfortable, the lines are clean, and there's no excessive decoration, yet everything is perfectly placed. The moment I, an introvert, stepped into the room, only two words came to mind: 'Just right.' The proprietor must have excellent taste. The entire space doesn't have that 'influencer aesthetic'; instead, it emanates an atmosphere of 'I'd feel completely at ease living here.' ◆ Amenities The toiletries are L'Occitane, which shows they're willing to invest in a guesthouse. Everything you'd expect is there; the only minor regret was the lack of earplugs. When checking out, I mentioned it to the staff, and she said, 'I'll look into it tonight.' This kind of response makes you feel like they genuinely care about guest feedback, rather than giving a canned 'Yes, yes, we'll improve' answer. The room facilities are very new. Since it opened in 2025, it's definitely 'in its prime' for a stay. The bedding is comfortable, the shower pressure is strong, and the heating is excellent. In a place like Mount Siguniang, having a warm room at night brings immense happiness. ◆ Service The front desk staff was very kind, not in a 'standardized smile' way, but in a 'let me help you find a solution' way. The whole check-in process was smooth; there was no feeling of 'who am I and where am I?' confusion. ◆ Dining Breakfast was relatively simple but filling, and it didn't taste bad. It's standard for a guesthouse – not amazing, but you won't be disappointed. For me, as long as breakfast is clean, hot, and filling, it's good enough. ◆ Summary If you only plan to stay one night in Mount Siguniang, you can't go wrong with this place. If I come to Mount Siguniang again, I'll likely choose it again. It's not just a 'since I'm here, I'll just stay wherever' choice; it's a choice that makes you feel 'the quality of this trip has been elevated' after staying there. New facilities, great aesthetics, comfortable service, and convenient location. Of all the places I stayed during my trip to western Sichuan, this is the one I'd most recommend to friends. #MountSiguniangGuesthouse #YunyangHolidayManor #WabiSabiStyle #ShuangqiaoValleyAccommodation #NewlyOpened2025 #LOccitaneAmenities #MyIntrovertHappyPlace"

Our hotel is located right beside Shuangqiao Valley of Siguniang Mountain, at the lowest altitude of the area. Surrounded by mountains and waters, it enjoys fresh and pleasant natural scenery. We provide complimentary shuttle service to and from Shuangqiao Valley Scenic Area. The hotel is fully equipped with complete facilities. We have an on-site restaurant that serves free daily breakfast, as well as soup hot pots, stir-fried dishes and local specialty cuisines. Other amenities include a free parking lot, free chess & card rooms, and new energy vehicle charging piles. "Absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed delicious food. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel's location is great, with convenient parking and even EV charging stations right across the street. It's only a 4-minute drive to Shuangqiao Valley and about 15 minutes to Changping Valley. The food here is truly excellent; we ended up eating three meals at their restaurant. The yak hot pot was incredibly fresh and flavorful – the medium size was more than enough for four people. We were even thinking of ordering more dishes, but the auntie kindly advised us to eat first and said we could always add more later if needed, which was really thoughtful. Their home-style stir-fries are also outstanding. If you just stick to regular stir-fried dishes, it comes out to less than 50 RMB per person for a meal. The breakfast spread was quite generous. Before our hike, they even brewed a pot of butter tea for us to take as a supply, which was perfect for our climb."

"This newly opened hotel is simply, in a word, luxurious. The decor is very upscale, and it's mostly equipped with smart home devices. The service was also excellent; the front desk waited for us even though we arrived very late. The only slight drawback was that the gate to the small courtyard seemed to be broken and couldn't be opened. A heads-up to future guests: make sure to call them before heading up the mountain, as navigation in the small village can be inaccurate, and it's easy to get lost."

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Siguniangshan Changping Valley scenic area, about a 10-minute walk to the entrance. There are also plenty of restaurants on the street right outside the hotel. The hotel environment is quite good, and they even upgraded our room when we checked in. The staff were very welcoming and helped us with our luggage upon arrival. Our butler was also very responsive to any requests we had. The floor heating kept the room very warm, so we didn't feel cold at all at night. The oxygen concentrator was a great help, significantly alleviating the discomfort we felt upon first arriving at high altitude. The hotel staff also re-sanitized the small soaking tub on the balcony before we used it. After a day of exploring the scenic area, it was wonderful to come back and relax with a beautiful bath – truly comfortable. One minor thing I wasn't entirely satisfied with was that the water pressure in the shower would suddenly drop, and the water would turn cold, even if only for a short while. I hope this issue can be improved."

"This guesthouse was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Siguniang Mountain! As soon as we got out of the car, we were stunned by the panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains outside the window. The diffused oxygen supply in the room was a thoughtful touch; we had absolutely no altitude sickness issues at night and slept incredibly soundly. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a wide variety of choices, and being able to eat while gazing at the snow mountains was pure bliss! At night, the sky was filled with stars. The owner was also very welcoming and recommended some hidden gems nearby for us to visit. The location isn't far from the scenic area, and parking is convenient if you're driving. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Siguniang Mountain!"

"The design was very thoughtful. We booked a private hot spring bath room, and the butler helped us lay out disposable bags beforehand and filled the tub with water. The bath was right on the balcony, offering excellent privacy, with electric and manual blackout curtains on three sides. The underfloor heating was fantastic; the butler turned it on beforehand, and the room was warm as soon as we entered—not cold at all. The service deserves full marks, and the breakfast was also good!"

"I had a really great stay this time! The B&B is located in a small village with beautiful scenery. It was incredibly quiet at night, and the bed was very comfortable, with both soft and firm pillows thoughtfully provided – I slept like a baby. The front desk lady was super nice and efficient, offering very thoughtful service. The room was clean and tidy, with all sorts of amenities, and everything was designed with guests in mind, like the smart toilet, oxygen machine, humidifier, and floor heating… The value for money is absolutely amazing. I came here for a hiking trip, and it's a great place to acclimatize to the altitude. The owners were both very warm and welcoming, and thoughtfully explained all the precautions and such to me. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm around, highly recommend it!"
