New Hotels in Cairo

"I'm not sure why this hotel gets so many recommendations. In terms of room size and cleanliness, it was the most disappointing hotel of our trip! First, I wouldn't recommend the balcony room. It's tiny, and all you get is a balcony that overlooks a dirty, messy, enclosed alleyway, offering no view whatsoever. Second, the room truly is small. If you're traveling with two 28-inch suitcases, opening them up is a challenge. You might be able to fit one 28-inch suitcase by the window, but the other 24-inch one would have to stay by the door. And you'd have to close them up every time you wanted to open the door to enter or exit. Third, the bathroom drain had a really strong unpleasant smell, especially after being closed up all night. Even running the fan didn't help; it would just switch off after a short while. The hotel is quite new, and the overall service attitude was impeccable. However, breakfast was very basic, offering just coffee and tea with very limited choices – hardly any fruit or bread! It definitely doesn't compare to another hotel we stayed at for the same price. Also, the elevator doesn't go directly to your floor. It stops halfway between floors, so you have to climb a half-flight of stairs with your luggage."

"The owner was really, really kind. He even went out to buy water and snacks for me. The place was very clean. It was close to the bus stop, so I didn't stay for one night, just washed up and rested. It didn't seem like a good place to sleep. The horn outside was too loud. However, it was clean and I really liked the owner, so I gave it five stars."

"I had a very satisfying stay here. First off, the location is excellent – right in the bustling heart of downtown Cairo, yet surprisingly quiet. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to the Egyptian Museum and a nearby metro station, and about a 20-minute stroll to the Nile River. There are plenty of restaurants and bakeries around, making dining and shopping very convenient. The room had a fully equipped kitchen, which was great for making breakfast, and there was a common lounge area on our floor. Getting to Cairo Airport by Uber only took about 30 minutes."

"This hotel is right in the heart of the bustling city center. There are tons of places to eat downstairs, and you can easily walk to a Chinese restaurant. The room was really clean, and the duvets were incredibly comfortable – they seemed like high-quality down comforters, definitely a splurge! They were even better than those I've had in hotels costing over a thousand yuan. Breakfast was super generous, and you could even order coffee to be delivered directly to your room. However, there's one issue: it's facing the street. It feels like people in Cairo never sleep; there were motorcycle noises even in the middle of the night. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to avoid this room, or bring earplugs, or ask the hotel to put you on the other side of the building."

"Traveling with family and children, the owner was incredibly thoughtful, upgrading us to a deluxe family suite free of charge – a truly exceptional experience! The hotel's attention to detail was remarkable. They thoughtfully provided Chinese-style power outlets and USB charging ports, and even included emergency supplies like razors and masks – they really understand the needs of Chinese travelers. The room was meticulously decorated, with soft and comfortable bedding, offering an experience comparable to hotels in Egypt. The toiletries were also provided to Chinese standards, making it very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We were especially lucky to coincide with the owner's friend's dinner party, where they warmly invited us to join them. A table laden with authentic home-style dishes: steamed sea bass, spicy crab, braised beef, and seasonal vegetables – all familiar flavors from home, instantly soothing our homesickness. Sitting and chatting with everyone created a warm and lively atmosphere, instantly relieving the fatigue of our journey. Overall, the service, facilities, and thoughtful details far exceeded the standards of hotels in Egypt, reaching the service standards of high-quality hotels in China. A top choice for families with children, highly recommended!"

"The hotel is not very easy to find, with other public buildings, no signboard, take the elevator to the fourth floor is the lobby. But the layout is quite new, the location is good, the balcony is facing the old Egyptian Museum, you can walk to the Nile River. Hotel service is also good, breakfast can be delivered to the room."
