New Hotels in Cairo

"This is not my first time staying at a Brassbell hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The studio apartment feels like a complete home – a truly wonderful option! The room is clean, pleasant, and literally has everything you could need: a large bed that provided a great night's sleep; clean, new bed linen and towels; slippers; a kettle; and a full set of dishes (not just mugs with saucers and spoons, but a complete collection – plates, forks, a set of knives, wine glasses, regular glasses, a frying pan, pots, and even a Cezve for coffee – amazing!). Additionally, there are separate packets of tea, coffee, and creamer; bottled water (only upon check-in, no refills); a hairdryer; an iron; a full-sized wardrobe; a small table and two armchairs; a TV; air conditioning; a sink for washing dishes with a filter tap; a stove for cooking; and a washing machine – I used it, and it works perfectly! There's even laundry detergent in a special packet and box. Before coming to Egypt, I stayed in a premium-level studio apartment in El Alamein, but even there, they didn't provide laundry detergent or a full set of dishes. This hotel, however, has it all. Thank you! Here's a tip: if you need to dry clothes, after washing them, hang them on hangers, then hang the hangers on the upper metal rail of the shower corner – voilà, everything dries perfectly :) Hot water with good pressure is consistently available. The shower includes shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff are friendly, and you can store your luggage after checking out. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops near the hotel, and Tahrir Square and the old museum are within walking distance. There's nothing negative to mention, as this accommodation option is simply fantastic for Egypt! Especially for the price. Given the room's amenities, it feels like a 5-star hotel. Perhaps the only minor suggestion would be to add towel hooks. The staff are polite and pleasant; they helped me with calling a taxi (for some reason, taxis have trouble pulling up directly to the hotel entrance, so they need directions). Huge thanks for the magnificent living conditions! If I return to Cairo, I'll definitely stay here again. I wish the hotel prosperity, well-being, and decent, grateful guests!"

"Before coming to Cairo, I did a lot of research and finally chose this hotel in the city center. I was mainly drawn to two things: its excellent location and the outdoor balcony offering great views and photo opportunities. My two-night stay was very satisfying. First, the front desk staff was handsome and provided excellent, patient service. I ordered takeout a few times, and the delivery riders got lost because of incorrect location pins. The staff member patiently communicated with them over the phone, which I really appreciated! As for the location, it's absolutely superb. Everything is just a 10-15 minute drive away, making it very convenient. In the evenings, you can even take a local horse-drawn carriage from downstairs to tour Tahrir Square, truly experiencing the hustle and bustle of old Cairo. The breakfast delivered to the room was plentiful and beautifully presented, perfect for photos. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Cairo."

"This hotel is quite new, and the facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast was excellent with many options. However, there was no WiFi in my room, and I'd suggest the hotel add a chair or a small table to the rooms. It's quite inconvenient when you need to work and have nowhere to sit."

"1. The hotel evaluation in trip.com is nothing to do with reality, i mean the 10/10 outstanding is not true 2. The furniture of the hotel is not up to standard 3. The air-conditione in the room is not working properly even i complain about it ,but the hotel management did not take any serious action ,with which I hardly could sleep at night ,the air-conditione is set at 16 c but the real show in the screen is 27 to 29 c 4. The most worse and bad in the room is the pills, which is very thick and sooooo cheep quality ,I could not sleep at all because of its condition ,I complain, the manager said that this is what they have and could do noting ,I told him that I will complain to the trip .Com then he called me and promise to change it but all the time he was just sending the same type but with different face of stuff ,he was cheating, and he did nothing ,it was a night mare fir me to sleep the second night 5.Tge resturant open at 8 am in the morning, and the quality of food is cheep I do not recommend this hotel"

"I was pleasantly surprised to book this B&B online. The price was reasonable, and it was very clean. I even got to try the beef noodles made by the owner, and they were happy to accommodate all sorts of small requests. The environment is great, and the hygiene is top-notch – full marks! I wanted to leave a genuine review for everyone so this wonderful B&B can be discovered by more people."

"First of all, the address registered on the website is different from the actual address. It is quite a distance away. Also, the room is very small. The front desk is right in front of the door.;; I checked to see if there was an elevator before I went, and although they said there was... Yes, there was one. However, you cannot use the elevator on the 2nd floor, where the front desk and accommodations are located.^^;; Just so you know... The location is good though~"
