The location is wonderful! The view is wonderful! We missed having services for couples celebrating special occasions like ours, our wedding anniversary! The hotel has everything to offer a romantic experience, but it offers nothing! That was the only thing that fell short. Everything else was perfect 😍

This is a perfect hotel with fall views but lack of swimming pool for kids. Room service is vey basic, only offer changes every 3 days But the view is unbearable

The location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. Thank you Tower Hotel...

The restaurant was contracted out so that hotel guests were not allowed to dine in the restaurant, and the parking lot was not located underneath the hotel. It takes about a few minutes to get there using the car provided by the hotel.

It was a very nice room in front of Niagara Falls! The location is great, just because there is no elevator in the middle, I have to get up on my own feet, I think it would be difficult if you have a lot of luggage. But it was a beautiful hotel.

Good: Great location and view. Parking with shuttle service. Bad: Hotel a bit old. Some devices don't work. Little service staff.
