Super great location at the Niagara cases. We had a great room with view of the Niagara cases. Friendly reception. Valet parking for our rent SUV = 100 Canadian dollars. Due to the top location, the hotel is very popular and therefore visited by very many people. The wing to the breakfast buffet already at 7:30 is huge. Waiting time at the buffet for an omelet mind. 20 minutes and the rest of the buffet are going down and over. Seats are selected themselves, which leads to a medium chaos. The staff is heaillos overloaded. There may be a rethink of breakfast policy here. The only great breakfast is the view of Niagara Falls

The Hilton Niagara Falls is a fantastic choice for a stay near the falls. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with stunning views of the Niagara River and both the American and Canadian Falls. The location is convenient for exploring the attractions around the falls, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. While the rooms are well-appointed, the highlight is definitely the panoramic vistas of the falls from select rooms. Overall, a great option for a memorable stay in Niagara Falls.

This hotel is amazing! We were on our honeymoon and received an upgrade to a jacuzzi room with a falls view! The view from our room was absolutely amazing, we looked right down over the falls! The staff also gave us food vouchers and it was a very generous gesture and we were very appreciative of it! The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained. The only issue I had at this hotel was they charged a $100 deposit as I don’t have a credit card, and there was issues with getting the deposit back as they said they released it back to my ‘credit card’ however I explained a debit/ credit doesn’t work like they, they became confrontational, the general manager called me and he was a bit rude and arrogant. I still have not received my deposit back. My husband and I are on a cross country road trip for our honey moon and have stayed in quite a few hotels so far, and this was they only hotel that had an issue with refunding the deposit.

Very comfortable and in a good location. It is close to the falls incline railway. It takes less than three minutes to go directly to the waterfall. The price is affordable and includes breakfast. Although the breakfast is average, it is very cost-effective. The staff is polite and friendly.

The Vittoria is perfectly situated in the melee of the Clifton Hill tourist district of the Falls. Everywhere is an easy walk. But despite the hubbub outside (a go-karting track is almost opposite!), it was quiet inside. My room was large and comfortable with a really nice bed, powerpoints within easy reach and a good sized bathroom. My only bugbear was the lack of tea bags in the room - not everyone drinks coffee - and powdered milk which seemed a bit cheap given the fancy coffee machine. While the room was very clean, the reception area could do with some love. Some of the communal furniture looked tatty and marked. Also the general vibe was a bit 1990s. The hotel is undergoing a refit so maybe this will improve. The construction work at the hotel was major - but also barely audible which was a relief. It was well communicated so I knew what to expect. The work did mean the restaurant and bar was closed, but there are so many options close by it wasn't a big deal.

The location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. Thank you Tower Hotel...

Went with family for 1 night, summer savers package. This included water park from 1pm check in day until 3pm check out day. Also purchased the breakfast package at Perkins, called and saved $5 each kid on breakfast deal. Didn't realize rooms faced an interior courtyard, so no outside windows in the room, we kept drapes closed. Nice thing was since I got up before everyone I could go into the courtyard and read while others slept. Rooms were fine, dated but so are most in Niagra Falls. Clean enough, no bugs. Parking you had to pay extra $26 and change per day (extra taxes on 22) can park until midnight day of check out. You need to bring your own towels and sandals/flip flops for water park. Summer package also gave a few sweet samples at Hershey's and another store. A $20 credit for arcade (kids loved) and bumper cars for up to 4 people. There was also a kids eat free at buffet but times were too restrictive and adult price was around $50 per person. Breakfast was $15 for adults $10 for kids, choices for each, this included taxes but not the tip so bring some cash to leave your server.

I am so disappointed in this hotel!!! For over 900 dollars for 2 night for 3 ppl you would expect some kindness or smile at the reception at check in. Instead the receptionist was very rude, didn't answer questions, didn't explain what did she give me, didn't tell me that I have a parking ticket within the papers she pass to me that I have to keep on the dashboard, didn't tell me the room # either, I had to find out myself. She gave me 4 pc of paper without telling me what is it even I asked like 5 times, instead, she took away 1 and than after she telling me this is complimentary entrance as many things doesn't work in the Waterpark. Actually, 2 pools was open only and the slides. We also had to leave the pool the 2nd day after 15 mins for some technical issues... You would also expect for this money to have at least 3 bath towels for 3 ppl, we had only 2pc. There was a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom only, no lotion or anything else. We had 1 pc of tee bag, but no kettle, 1 coffee cooker that doesn't work. Other than the room is kinda renovated, everything else are outdated. I'm so disappointed...

Main floor is unit 1 with a large closet with fridge, it’s own bathroom The hood: Room 1 on the main floor featured a private bath with a tub/shower, shampoo, etc. and more towels than I’ve ever seen for 2 people. Queen sized bed, 2 nightstands and lamps, small bistro set and TV. You enter a common area which features a small table and chairs, and a series of slippers and Crocs to give you the hint that taking shoes off is welcomed. There is also a desk with a laptop set up, and wifi. Next is a room set up as a dining room with cups, plates, flatwear, a micro, coffee pot, mini fridge and a formal wood dining table for 6. This is where breakfast was served in the past. They now leave snacks and fruit as well as coffee for the coffee maker, cream in the fridge, and some rather good biscotti when we were there. The owner lives in the house behind, which is attached, but has no internal connection. I understand there are 2 more units upstairs that are large and maybe share a seating area on the landing. The Falls are down the street, maybe 6 blocks or less. The best souvenirs are located in the State Park gift shop next to Victoria’s Restuarant and Tim Horton’s. Ex: small maple syrup in a glass maple leafed shaped bottle $5.98. Elsewhere is was 7.98 and up. The owner has carefully and cheerfully decorated all the parts we saw. With permission, she can show you a washer and dryer in the house. The Red Ganache Bakery down the street is fabulous. I had some dark chocolate cup filled with coconut cream. And there were several gluten free options, including macarons (not macaroons.. a different thing). The rest of the story; Communication, and breakfast. There are listings all over for this property and due to language barriers and being a small operation, not everything is up to date. There is no hot tub. There are bathtubs. There is no beautiful, wonderful country breakfast that comes with your stay. Fruit and biscotti or muffins, coffee, etc. The photos on Tripmasters of the breakfasts and idea of guests gathered around, visiting, was the reason I booked here. The Red Ganache helped me get over it. And.. the phone numbers seem to change a lot. Or maybe they had a land line that went away. And English is not their first language, so be patient. Lastly, most odd and nothing to do with the listing… transportation to and from Pearson Airport is non existent. Oh there’s a bus… $200 for 2 and upwards of 4 hours to get there. We Uber’d for about the same price, and on a weekday around 3, it still took 2 hours to get there. On a weekday around 9 am, the reverse trip was around an hour. Car rental was $500 for an economy car for 3 days, before any gas, taxes or insurance. So, it is Cozy and it offers an alternative to the $300-700 a night hotels. Sorry, my photos were on the way out.

GGuest UserWe did not know what to expect from a hotel so near to busy Clifton Hill, and were so happy with this choice. From the moment we walked in we felt positive. The staff was friendly at check-in and each staff member we encountered was also friendly and helpful. The halls, elevator, breakfast room and most importantly, our room was spotless and comfortable. We met a man who was cleaning during our stay, and he was thorough. Even in the elevator he was aware of fingerprints he quickly removed. The parking lot was adequate and with the hotel parking stub, was free. I noticed while looking for a place, that some hotels charged hefty parking prices. We slept well for our two night stay. Breakfast was adequate, nothing to write home about, but it didn't matter. If I return, I would definitely choose this place.

GGuest UserHave to admit , reading reviews about various hotels in this location , we were apprehensive ! Infarct , we changed our reservation to this hotel , as it received the better reviews generally . We speak as we find , its the best way , and for us ,the experience here has been 1st class ! We arrived on a damp evening , having had a long journey from the U.K. to Niagara , we were so warmly welcomed by Victoria , the assistant Manager and her colleague ( whose name I didn’t get , sorry ) who were so friendly and upbeat ! Our room, well , it was perfect , a Huge bed , spacious , coffee maker , massive tv , great shower room , microwave ( if u needed it ! ) … and the best part…………THE VIEW ! ! All we can say is WOW ! Just BREATHTAKING , a perfect view of the falls , at night all lit up , by day , their natural beauty ….truly stunning ! We spent time in the room just staring from the windows ! Oh , and there is a jacuzzi Bath in this room also ! The room was spotlessly clean when we arrived too . A great hotel , fabulous location , indoor pool if you would like a dip , and a gym ! Lots of bars and retauarants around too ! My only criticism is , the room is only serviced once every three days ( seems to be regular occurrence in this area ? ) If this is the worst hotel I get to stay in , I will be VERY HAPPY ! I would HIGHLY recommend the Radisson Falls view ! We booked a. Fallsview , with jacuzzi , well worth it !

- I prefer the Washroom light Switch not include the ventilation fan as the noise too loud
- The coffee machine not clean yet. I still see the previous coffee/tea bag inside the coffee machine

GGuest UserLocation is awesome close to Clifton hill but hotel is old .There is no microwave and Refrigerator in room .Bed is no good it’s make noise and pillows very very bad I end up neck pain and can’t sleep properly.Breakfast is terrible (bread,apple,orange and banana)I won’t recommend to anyone better pay little more and stay in Fairfield or some other hotels .
Elevator is bad and too slow ..

GGuest UserI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

336030281If you are looking to stay in a decently priced clean property that is perfectly located, Econo Lodge is it. I haven't been back to Niagara Falls and stayed here since 2019. It was the long weekend and I was attending the Diana Ross concert at Fallsview ****** Resort. All hotels were pricey at over $250 a night unless you stayed at a motel way uo Lundys Lane. I got the Econo Lodge for $160. I could walk everywhere being at the top of Clifton Hill, and lots of food choices nearby. Rooms are large and clean. Beds are comfy and I had a room with a balcony. So it was nice to sit out there late night having drinks and have a coffee in the morning. The shower has awesome water pressure. Only downfall is no mini fridge or microwave. But you can get a nice medium sized bag of ice for no charge at the front desk. Staff are great, very nice and friendly.. John is a really great guy. I will stay again when attending another concert.

AAnonymous UserI am very satisfied. This is my second stay. The boss said to me, welcome home😊😊😊. I saw that the hotel has been renovated, the hygiene and environment are much better than before, and the front desk service has improved a lot. I just forgot to take pictures again. There is a red 601 bus at the door, which is very convenient for visiting Waterfall City. Awesome👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
