The Hilton Niagara Falls is a fantastic choice for a stay near the falls. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with stunning views of the Niagara River and both the American and Canadian Falls. The location is convenient for exploring the attractions around the falls, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. While the rooms are well-appointed, the highlight is definitely the panoramic vistas of the falls from select rooms. Overall, a great option for a memorable stay in Niagara Falls.
The hotel feels old but the views of Niagara Falls are really great! Was given a horseshoe view room at first which I didn’t quite like it and the staff didn’t validate the card properly and we couldn’t enter the room. The room lock is also abit faulty. Was given the option to upgrade the room for $150CAD a night for the Canadian and US falls view which was wonderful. Really enjoyed the room. The shower was hard to use. The breakfast was quite bad also.
It is a basic hotel which is a 20-minute uphill walk from the falls and clifton hill. When you came late at night, and you feel very tired, the uber ride will alrrady cost you $20 from falls to the hotel. We booked a Fallsview room and they said they upgraded us to a suite but I don’t know whether it’s really an upgrade because the room looks the same.

Very comfortable and in a good location. It is close to the falls incline railway. It takes less than three minutes to go directly to the waterfall. The price is affordable and includes breakfast. Although the breakfast is average, it is very cost-effective. The staff is polite and friendly.
The kids liked it, mainly to play in the water park attached to the hotel. The price might be a bit expensive just looking at the hotel; the room was average, but the hotel's water park was nice and big, with a game room, and various activities and performances suitable for kids at night; free parking; there was nothing around, so it was more appropriate to buy the hotel's meal package; it was very close to the US-Canada border, but there were roads under construction nearby, so you might end up at the US-Canada border if you're not careful.
It was new or under renovation, and interior construction was underway. There was no restaurant, so I couldn't have breakfast. I arrived before the check-in time of 4:00 p.m., so I asked them to store my luggage, and they showed me to a room that was ready. The room was minimal, but very luxurious, and you can walk to the city center, so it's enough for those who want to have fun.
The waterpark is linked to the hotel with a glass corridor which makes it so convenient. The hotel has a courtyard for people gathering and will have movie playing at every night. The room is clean in general and it is recommended.
The location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. Thank you Tower Hotel...
The room design is good, there is kitchen equipment to cook, and the space is large. It takes about five minutes to walk from the main road.
If you don't want to live in a hotel, this is a choice that I would like to recommend to everyone!

Excellent
DDamianOur stay was perfect. Our room was great and the view out to the falls capped off a beautiful stay. The location was spot on with everything (including ******, shopping, entertainment and restaurants) within very close walking distance. Gift shop and cafe next to the lobby made things too easy. The pool was perfect temperature for a swim even on a cold evening. The staff were helpful and friendly in every way. Would definitely consider staying again. Thanks trip.com
LLizMorWe stayed for 3 nights. We had to contact the front desk a couple of times and we had what we needed within 30 minutes.
I was very impressed with how clean and comfortable it was.
We enjoyed the indoor pool all 3 days.
The location is perfect to visit the falls.
GGuest UserQuick check in. Bed’s super comfy. Breakfast line’s nothing special but simply and enough for quick breakfast. Nothing empty in the line as the service keep refilling. But be careful with the WiFi. I didn’t sign up for extra. But after check out they send me the receive for extra charge for the WIFI. ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING.
GGuest UserThe room was very nice and clean , the location is good parking was included so that’s a big bonus . The only issue we had was we asked for an extra half hr for check out and they said no problem but they came knocking on the door twice . Other then that it was a very pleasant stay I suggest it to everyone
RroiberadorMy family went to Niagara Falls to celebrate my 20 years anniversary with my wife. Room was good. It allowed 3 adults and 2 children. The place is just 15-20 mins away from the falls. Everthing was good, staff is so good. the only thing that we suggest is place a kettle in the room for hot water, toothbrush/toothpaste and sandals/slippers that we can use while in the room. They actually have hot water and free coffee and tea at the front desk. They also have a microwave for heating food. Overall, it was amazing! Thank you Days Inn.
KKian EngThe hotel common areas and its processes seem quite dated, but generally still a pleasant stay overall. Clean, spacious, modern-looking, and quiet room. Good view of Niagara Falls, both at the lift lobby and restaurant/cafe. Towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body soap. Equipped with bathtub (instant hot water for shower/bath), TV, fridge, iron, hair dryer, and coffee maker. Ample power sockets and good air-con / heater. Good facilities with pool and gym, and business centre (desktops near the lobby). Parking is available at a fee, albeit expensive. Has Starbucks and souvenir shop at the lobby. Offers free wine / beer sampling and WeGo bus transport card for sightseeing.
GGuest UserWe had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Falls Lodge and Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the stunning Niagara Falls, yet it still feels quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
Breakfast was a nice bonus. The overall value for the price was excellent, especially considering the proximity to the Falls.I would highly recommend Falls Lodge and Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.
GGuest UserMy stay was exceptional! The hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and great staff made it a standout experience. Plus, being within walking distance to Clifton Hill added extra charm to the overall convenience. Highly recommended for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
GGuest UserI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.
Aaman ugiVery good location for a low budget hotel. Beds are very old to the point that mattresses are sinking. Some rooms have strong smoke smell and others in the bottom floors are very dated.
I enjoyed very much the small pool since it was low season and I was able to use it with no crowd. Nice water temperature.
Don’t expect any Falls view, it’s only a name attached to the area, you have to walk or use a very convenient bus that stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you to the falls view area very conveniently and cheap, great for elders and people with mobility challenges
Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and stay
