Although there was a mix-up with the room we choose and we're given, our stay was so comfortable. The views from our room of both falls were breathtaking and even better at night. The hotel service was top-notch as well. It is so conveniently located that most attractions are a few minutes walk away.

Super great location at the Niagara cases. We had a great room with view of the Niagara cases. Friendly reception. Valet parking for our rent SUV = 100 Canadian dollars. Due to the top location, the hotel is very popular and therefore visited by very many people. The wing to the breakfast buffet already at 7:30 is huge. Waiting time at the buffet for an omelet mind. 20 minutes and the rest of the buffet are going down and over. Seats are selected themselves, which leads to a medium chaos. The staff is heaillos overloaded. There may be a rethink of breakfast policy here. The only great breakfast is the view of Niagara Falls

This hotel is amazing! We were on our honeymoon and received an upgrade to a jacuzzi room with a falls view! The view from our room was absolutely amazing, we looked right down over the falls! The staff also gave us food vouchers and it was a very generous gesture and we were very appreciative of it! The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained. The only issue I had at this hotel was they charged a $100 deposit as I don’t have a credit card, and there was issues with getting the deposit back as they said they released it back to my ‘credit card’ however I explained a debit/ credit doesn’t work like they, they became confrontational, the general manager called me and he was a bit rude and arrogant. I still have not received my deposit back. My husband and I are on a cross country road trip for our honey moon and have stayed in quite a few hotels so far, and this was they only hotel that had an issue with refunding the deposit.

Very comfortable and in a good location. It is close to the falls incline railway. It takes less than three minutes to go directly to the waterfall. The price is affordable and includes breakfast. Although the breakfast is average, it is very cost-effective. The staff is polite and friendly.

Went with family for 1 night, summer savers package. This included water park from 1pm check in day until 3pm check out day. Also purchased the breakfast package at Perkins, called and saved $5 each kid on breakfast deal. Didn't realize rooms faced an interior courtyard, so no outside windows in the room, we kept drapes closed. Nice thing was since I got up before everyone I could go into the courtyard and read while others slept. Rooms were fine, dated but so are most in Niagra Falls. Clean enough, no bugs. Parking you had to pay extra $26 and change per day (extra taxes on 22) can park until midnight day of check out. You need to bring your own towels and sandals/flip flops for water park. Summer package also gave a few sweet samples at Hershey's and another store. A $20 credit for arcade (kids loved) and bumper cars for up to 4 people. There was also a kids eat free at buffet but times were too restrictive and adult price was around $50 per person. Breakfast was $15 for adults $10 for kids, choices for each, this included taxes but not the tip so bring some cash to leave your server.

The motel was very clean and the hot breakfast was very good. Our only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is the walls between rooms are apparently thin as I could easily hear my sister talking in the room next to us. The other ”problem” tho no fault of the motel is that any time someone went in/out of their room when the doors closed the latch system was extremely loud-you could hear people coming and going all night. There was also road noise we could hear since our room was on the road side-my wife and I ended up putting in ear plugs to deal with all the sounds. The location is pretty good-we walked to Clifton Avenue where all the action is-definitely worth checking it out. The pool was nice-little cool but the hot tub made up for it. If minor noises during your night don't bother you I would recommend staying here-price and location are worth it.

The Vittoria is perfectly situated in the melee of the Clifton Hill tourist district of the Falls. Everywhere is an easy walk. But despite the hubbub outside (a go-karting track is almost opposite!), it was quiet inside. My room was large and comfortable with a really nice bed, powerpoints within easy reach and a good sized bathroom. My only bugbear was the lack of tea bags in the room - not everyone drinks coffee - and powdered milk which seemed a bit cheap given the fancy coffee machine. While the room was very clean, the reception area could do with some love. Some of the communal furniture looked tatty and marked. Also the general vibe was a bit 1990s. The hotel is undergoing a refit so maybe this will improve. The construction work at the hotel was major - but also barely audible which was a relief. It was well communicated so I knew what to expect. The work did mean the restaurant and bar was closed, but there are so many options close by it wasn't a big deal.

The location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. Very clean everything that we need was provided to us in the room. The pool was also open but the exercise room was closed.
