Great pool and nice breakfast, keept really clean and it’s quite new hotel

The staff were great, buffet breakfast at a comfort Inn is always good and the gym was small but good.Trouble is, the location is a long walk from anything you might like to see, and the building itself screams cheap, even though the price isn't the least expensive in town. It reminds me of the cheap modern European hotel where there's no lobby and the hallways make Walmart aisles look roomy. Small rooms that look "renovated" or "updated" but seem to be old and musty covered up with a new coat of paint. We were in a room down the hall but could still hear the elevator going up and down. The ventilation system doesn't do much to cycle the air and the windows can't be opened.soft lumpy beds weren't too uncomfortable but not great.

Great customer service from their wonderful staff. I had a nice comfortable room with a cozy bed and fluffy pillows. The facilities were excellent as well (gym, pool). The place is also in close proximity to Clifton Hill and multiple restaurants in the area. Breakfast in the hotel was also good. Cibin, a staffer was very accommodating and efficient.

This was a last minute getaway decision for my family. I loved the fact that it was close enough to all the attractions and still very affordable. The room was clean and although they allow pets in the hotel my allergies were not effected so this building is definitely super clean. 1 call out was the rule with wearing shoes in the pool area. Both times when I went in to take my son to the pool we were told to remove our slippers and leave them at the door as there were other parents inside the pool area with full on running shoes/boots. I completely understand the rule and of course it’s to help maintain the cleanliness of the pool area but the rule needs to be enforced to all pool goers. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing with so many breakfast options. And the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

House keeping was not up to par. Beds not made, bathroom not cleaned, dirty towels left in tub and no toilet paper. Other than that everything else was ok.

The hotel is in a very unsafe area! Many vagrants hanging around outside. Location was far from main core. Would highly discourage booking this!

Newly updated, very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good and a great price for everything.

The experience was great the staff was wonderful however, on January 24 around 4:30 PM. One of the staff members opened up my door without permission while I was sleeping I had the latch across and hearing the loud bang startled me I was not dressed his excuse was That there was a leak in the basement they needed to check the rooms. I said you don’t have a phone why didn’t you call me? He said he knocked four times however, like I said I was asleep did not hear the knocking. I was very upset and startled by someone trying to enter my room. He did not seem to be very Apologetic about it . Later on in the evening, I found out from another staff member while they were dragging in the drain pipes off of the roof that’s damage had caused the leak in their basement. However, I was very upset that they barged into my room just because I was sleeping and did not hear them knocking his excuse was he didn’t think I was there However my vehicle was parked in the parking lot the entire time, so where would I possibly have been? That was not OK. I am actually very upset about this not feeling safe and secure, feeling staff members can barge in whenever they want to using the excuse of unlike he should have called me or knocked enough times until I was woken up. Nobody has the right to enter a room without permission

Being charged for parking and then being asked to park behind a broken down building, with no cameras, not even on the property. Not to mention in a snow storm, without it even being plowed. At first being lied to that there was a camera in that extra lot, and then once I asked for management they told the truth. Dirty and run-down bathroom and the smell of the hallways was awful. Hard wood floors through the entire building made it noisy and freezing cold. Pool area floor very, very dirty. All in all, wouldn't stay again.
