Clean room with comfortable beds with some slight wear and tear. But 8th floor could not see the falls. We could see a glimpse of the river past the parking lots/skylon. In the middle between Clifton hill and table rock. Should be walkable but was too cold to walk the night we were there.

We are happy to stay in doubletree … the room is clean and good fit with family and kids… also our room can see the fireworks…. And I checked with front desk, all the rooms can view the fireworks. I definitely will come back to this hotel again.

Overall is average and under value. The view from room is not that spectacular as describe. However, room is clean n tidy. Service prompt response upon request.

Nice hotel but our room was supposed to be with the falls view, which being on the 16 the floor, wasn't.

We wish an electric kettle, free bottled water, microwave and slippers have been provided. But the service is really great though. We still enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay at the hotel. Good locations. Only drawback is that I had to pay for hotel parking. I have traveled the USA all this week & this was the only hotel where I had to pay parking for.

Unfortunately, my language skills aren't very good, and at check-in, I was treated very condescendingly by the receptionist. The staff I encountered later at the reception were friendlier. The hotel is in a B-grade location, but everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is only available a la carte. Room: noisy ventilation, shower faucet didn't work properly - when I pointed this out, the response was: yes, it's hard (apparently, they don't want to change anything about it). The door to the balcony didn't lock properly. The room door rattled. The room was clean, though. The pool was dirty in the corners. The ladder was starting to rust. Bath towels were stained. No loungers by the pool. When I asked for a bathrobe, I was met with a condescending smile. None are provided. Double Tree and 4 stars - this time (I've stayed at this hotel chain frequently) a disappointment. I wouldn't book the hotel again.
