Friendly staff, clean room and festive common areas, overall was great and the food was superb. Walking distance to our high tea and watching a Christmas Carol and shopping. Plus close to our wine tour Peller estate with complimentary shuttle.

The Pillar and Post was the perfect autumn get-away for my partner and I. We scheduled a dip in the charming and private rock-pool, in the spa area. So after a stroll through downtown, winding through the neighbourhoods and a quick spin through the gardens, we could unwind and relax for a few minutes in the 100 Fountains spa atmosphere before enjoying dinner at the hotel restaurant, The Cannery. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, and having a seat close to the fireplace was a nice touch. The food was great, the portions were huge and we took our dessert to go, hah. I wouldn't be capturing the heart of the memorable experience at Pillar and Post without mentioning the friendly and helpful staff. From the front desk staff, to the servers/hostess, spa and maintenance staff - everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Excellent service! Felt like we were staying at an all inclusive. Great food and the pool is beautiful. Thank you to the incredible staff for helping to make it a wonderful experience. The spa was an added pleasure. Trolly wine tour is a must!

I love this place. This was the highlight of a short vacation and an oasis of peace and tranquility amid the bustle of shopping and sightseeing. Soft beds, outstanding service, clean and polished indoor and outdoor spaces and staff who love working there. Such a beautiful property that never fails to impress.

Celebrated my 78 birthday at the hotel for 1 night. At check in the lady at the desk saw my wife was using a walker and gave us a room on the first floor, close to the lobby, the room was excellent, very clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable, equipped with 2 bottles of water and was given a rose. Had a wonderful meal at Vintages Lounge and also breakfast in Carriages Restaurant. Enjoyed the hot tub.

The team at The Pillar and Post Inn are incredibly helpful! We held our corporate retreat with them and their organization, attention to detail, and willingness to be flexible and agile are unmatched. Our team had a wonderful time and were all taken great care of throughout the stay. Highly recommend for a corporate event, retreat or a weekend getaway.

Great hotel. Clean and beautiful. Have robes n slippers in room. Very accommodating! Wonderful stay. Heated outdoor pool all year round. Indoor pool n hot tub. Hot springs. All just so relaxing. Go at least once a year to relax with family. My kids love it too.

This was a last minute, spontaneous decision for a night away for us. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome right from the beginning. On our way to the room we enjoyed the ambience of the old cannery and the well kept grounds. It was like a little oasis for our time away. All the restaurant and lounge staff helped make our stay memorable. The food was exceptional! We would highly recommend and will be back the next time we are in the area.

A;though we have stayed at all the Vintage hotel, we have stayed at the Pilar and Post the most. Why? Its the most welcoming experience, the food is always top notch (we had the bruch, it was great!) and no comparison to the spa. We had a birthday, so we went for THE BEST INDIAN FOOD at Aura on the lake (get the couples special)
