The hotel is near to Nice airport and the amenities was not as expected.

Located near the airport, clean room

The room is big, but the facilities are few. There is only one small trash can in the whole house. It pursues design but is not practical. The lobby looks high-end and the hygiene is OK, but if you stay for many days, they only do simple cleaning and trash removal every day. Although there is free parking outside the hotel, it is basically full every day.

The room is small. Breakfast has coffee machine, cocoa, milk, juice, and various breads. It is worth the price. 50 meters from the hotel is the No. 2 tram, each ride costs €1.5, but you need to buy a recharge card for 2€. You can refund, but there are few refund windows and the time is short. It is best to buy a 7€ one-day ticket for both rail and bus. Take the 1st and 2nd tram from the airport to the first stop for free, and you have to pay for the next ride.

Very clean, good toilet and bathroom facilities, large space and very clean. I recommend everyone to come!

It was pretty cool

We travelled with a CELIAC person and it was noted on the reservation for the Breakfast. Unfortunely the only opcion we have was a MUFFIN. I think that this should be much larger. The hotel was a bit noisy because of an unpolite group of guests. In the area its hard to park the car (the hotel parking was full)

Very small rooms. Cleaned the room just once during our 6-day stay which was very unideal. Noisy; it sounded like someone kept trying to come into our room even in the middle of the night until I just figured that sound comes whenever someone else is getting into their room on our floor. Very nerve wracking. Also the toiletries need to be changed. The towels were so old and thin and clearly overused. On the upside I liked the hotel lobby, it was always lively even at night with the snack bar/ mini restaurant? and ample seating options

Ok stay. Cleanliness overall was a major back draw. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable but quite small - we were only there for one night so it was fine.

Our first impression of the property from the street was not positive because the area outside is a bit chaotic and there was nowhere to park for check-in. However, once we did get in the hotel, we found it very clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was well worth the price. The location was perfect for our need of a comfortable place to sleep before an early flight out the next day.

Practical as it is close to the airport! Nice staff and the room was ok. Small room, but everything was just fine.
