Boscolo Nice Hôtel & SPA Reviews

I guess this is the level of a 5-star hotel in France. It was what we would call a deluxe room in Japan. If you want a well-equipped hotel, you have to choose a 5-star one in Europe, otherwise you might not have hot water or the room might be extremely small. Still, for the price, it was a suite room.

New clean elegant rooms

Italian luxury, flamboyant. The breakfast is very good and the maximum schedule is very convenient.

The interior of this hotel is so unique and interesting. It is so well located in terms of access and easy walking distance to the ocean, Vieux Nice Ville and the Saleya market. The hotel is steps from the subway entrance that connects to the Nuce airport. In addition it is an easy walk along Jean Medicin from the train station. The tram runs along Jean Medicin but it really isn’t necessary to hop on because the walk is flat with wide sidewalks on a street that only has the tram running its length. You can’t go wrong staying at Boscolo. It was our sixth stay at this property.

Hotel is located in a good area, but service is not great. Pool is very dirty.

Very nice welcome. Spacious and comfortable room. Renovated infrastructure, Very beautiful view from the terrace over the roofs of the old town of Nice. Kind touches.

Pretend to be 5 stars hotel . It initially was not even 3 stars . Besides the basket of croissant everything was below 3 stars.

Service in room was not good. Cleaning first day only done when asked and late in the afternook. Staff did not refill soap, toilet paper and coffee/the. Every day we had to call for this. Bathrobes were not in the room and they only arrived next day upon further request. We were informed the hotel was full and not sufficient staff. Should not take in guests if you have no one to take care of the customers. This is a 5 star hotel - but service only 3 stars.

Clean, great location, nice amenities!

Most over priced hotel ever. The room was like a jail cell. The pool had chairs for 10 people maybe 400 people staying at the hotel. Shower leaked, sink would not drain and A/C difficult to adjust.

Great place!

While our room and the hotel were very nice, there was a surprising lack of storage/horizontal shelf space to store clothing or luggage...we had to keep moving things around to simply make the room useful.

Our Expectations were exceeded
