Annex Turtle Hotori-An Reviews

We loved our stay here! The onsen is so delightful- a nice view of the river to enjoy while you soak. I wanted to keep the turtle print pajamas- very cute. The breakfast was good and the snacks and tea were perfect for us when it rained. The location is not far from the bus stop, restaurants, and the amazing wonderful jiro statues.

The room is okay, the bathroom is good, the bed is a futon. The bedroom is very warm for winter.

There are too few reviews for small B&Bs in Japan. Every time you place an order, it’s like opening a blind box. This one is informative and highly recommended. The sanitary conditions and hot spring facilities are in line with expectations. The biggest surprise is the location. It is located at the entrance of the niche and unique Han Man De Yuan. I put down my luggage and went for a quick tour of the deserted attractions. I felt the rush of music in my ears. There was the sound of water, and in front of me was a row of Bodhisattvas sitting on the ground with different expressions. It was quite a mysterious experience. It's a bit inconvenient to go to the station. Taking a taxi back and forth is acceptable, about 1,500 yen one way.
