Fairly central location Very modern looking hotel Friendly staff Comfortable room with enough amenities and easy to use everything. Would happily stay again if and when I visit Ningbo again

Such a nice hotel, the location very close to the huge mall and easy to go out find the The Church and shopping mall. The smell and room very clean and tide. Nice recommendations.

Excellent location near to Tianyi Square; very convenient to go to everywhere due to its location and public transporation. The facilities are provided almost the same as other 5 star hotels. A diversity of foods for breakfast, which means a great deal of options to meet everyone's needs and taste. I would certainly choose this hotel once again when visiting Ningbo next time. One more thing: the manager is extremely nice when asked if my room can be changed so that the view of the river can be enjoyed. She did help me to change the room. A very pretty girl.

Room is small, location is excellent. 100 inch projection is amazing. It is like sleeping in a movie theater, we watched 3 movies for 6 hours. Definitely would stay here again.

Clean and cozy. Food was fine. Alas, there was no iron in the room and water flow in the shower was not sufficient.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Super super super satisfied! It will be my first choice when I go to Ningbo in the future. It is a 5-minute walk from Tianyi Square, a 10-minute taxi ride from the high-speed rail station, and a 10+ minute walk from the Drum Tower. The location is excellent! The river view room in the hotel is very beautiful. I was surprised when I opened the door. The room is clean, bright and spacious. It completely exceeded my expectations! All the details and quality of the hotel are not inferior to five-star hotels. The price-performance ratio is super high!

The accommodation experience of this trip was very good. The hotel is very new, with complete facilities, rich breakfast, and freshly squeezed juice. What's surprising is that there is wireless charging on the bedside table. In addition, it is very quiet at night and I slept until dawn. Next time I come to Ningbo, I will choose this Atour hotel again.

The Radisson is so new that you can't even find the door. The hotel room is quite new, and the potato lady at the front desk is very considerate. I booked the Sakura room on Ctrip, but I was not satisfied. After communicating with the lady on WeChat, she took the initiative to go upstairs to change the room type. The disadvantages are: the smoke-free treatment in the room is not good. There is a faint smell of smoke during the day, and the quilt is full of smoke when sleeping at night, and I can't sleep all night. In addition, due to the sudden high temperature, the room can't turn on the air conditioner, and it is a bit stuffy in the afternoon. The Sakura afternoon tea is large in quantity, but it is not very delicious, which is quite wasteful. It is recommended to be more delicate and smaller.

The hotel is very well positioned. I stayed there for work, so it remains close to the factories (15 minutes by car) and at the same time very close to the subway. It stays in a nice part of Ningbo city, right in front of the cultural plaza, with many places to go eating , shopping and go for a walk. The rooms and the hotel are very clean and they had a good service. The only part is not very good is the laundry, that have only 1 dryer and 1 washer. They both appear to be a little bit older, but work perfectly. Sometimes they are being used, so you have to wait and be a little bit lucky not to have more people waiting. All other parts were excellent and I will definitely come back in the future when I come to Ningbo
