GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is very good. It is a renovation of an old house. The proprietress is very welcoming. She waited at the gate in advance and helped with the luggage. She treated us like relatives visiting during the Chinese New Year. It felt like home.
It is best to stay overnight in the ancient town. It is especially good to visit in the morning and evening.

XXidan123Two days in advance, I added the housekeeper's WeChat and booked the meal and hot spring time.
It is more convenient to drive there. After locating their parking lot, a housekeeper will pick us up to check in at the B&B.
The room is still clean as a whole, with everything it should have. The welcome fruits and flowers are still very warm. There is only a window on the top to watch the starry sky. The glass is a little dirty after a long time, but it doesn't affect it at night.
After that, we walked around. The content of the B&B is still very complete, with a large room for dinner, facilities for children to play, hot springs and swimming pools, and places to read and drink tea.
Walking out of the B&B, the village is peaceful and quiet. Walk around and feel the environment and culture of Maoao Village.
I made an appointment for dinner and hot springs in the evening at the B&B. Because it is a reservation system, it is equivalent to a private soup, which feels good. Half an hour is completely enough. The dinner tastes good, and the chef gives a good review.

After comparing several hotels and B&Bs online, I was finally conquered by the greenery outside the window and stayed at Meisu. 💚
I slept until I woke up naturally, and my breakfast became brunch because I stayed in bed. Fully enjoyed the privilege of rest days~
What I particularly want to praise is the cleanliness of Meisu. It really beats most B&Bs in terms of cleanliness. When I passed by the tool room, I glanced at it and saw that it was also very neat and neatly organized. 🧰
Made a reservation for dinner cooked by my aunt. Originally I just wanted to eat something simple, but I didn't expect that when it was served, the quantity of each dish could be described as solid. Seeing that it might be a waste, but the first piece of braised pork in my mouth makes me want to add a bowl of rice~😋
Very happy to spend leisurely time in Meisu. Wish you better and better.

༺༺jingཽ༵࿐The B&B I chose for this May Day holiday was a fantastic experience. It's located on Xuedou Mountain, a 6-7 minute drive from Xuedou Temple. The road up the mountain is well-built and easy to navigate. Some tourists parked outside during the holiday, but a space became available later.
The staff was very friendly and offered local recommendations for itineraries, which made me feel warm. The complimentary afternoon tea latte was delicious, while the chocolate cake was a bit sweet. I enjoyed the rice noodles for breakfast, and the soup was very fresh. The dinner I ordered was also quite good.
The B&B is very quiet, with panoramic views of Xikou and the towering mountains. On clear days, you can even see the sunrise. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on May 2nd and 3rd, so we didn't get to see the perfect sunrise.
The room was beautifully designed and comfortable. The only downside was that the shower was a little small, the water temperature wasn't high enough, and the semi-open bathroom was a bit cold.
Overall, I highly recommend this B&B and will return next time I'm in Fenghua.

HHenduohenduoxiongThis was my second visit to Xiangshan in May, and I chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza Xiangshan. While the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, there were many positive aspects. Before check-in, the butler proactively contacted me. Since I'd noted it was my child's birthday, they thoughtfully upgraded us to a family room and even prepared a simple birthday setup. They also surprised us with a complimentary 6-inch fresh mango cake, which was made with quality ingredients and a lot of care – definitely not a perfunctory gesture. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the taste was quite good.

GGuest UserIt’s a B&B that people like at first glance (at least that’s what I think). Whether it’s the facilities in the room or the scenery at the door (right next to the Qixiakeng Ancient Road), I think this visit is worth it! The food is also very delicious. My child didn’t even take a few bites of the food he ordered from a small restaurant near Xikou last year. It was not to his liking and it was also noisy. Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! We are already discussing how to come and stay for a few days during the summer vacation. In summer, we can play in the small stream in front of our house! Walking around the ancient village in the evening has a beautiful artistic conception! Anyway, it’s a comfortable stay and a comfortable environment. Get up and go hiking on the Qixiakeng Ancient Trail after breakfast tomorrow, which is the perfect end to this two-day and one-night short trip! Goodbye in the summer~

CCliffHangerThe land lady is really kind & nice, attended to all our needs & requests. They serve decent food at their self-run local restaurant & the location is within a charming village. The room is new, so if it was cleaned properly, I would have given an easy 5 stars. However, only the bed linens & towels are obviously sanitary & the rest are all questionable. But the hot water in the shower is very hot, which is a big plus & The pillows are soft & comfortable. I would recommend not to drink the water from the boiling device as it tastes funny, and keep the bathroom door closed because there’s an awful smell that comes out of it sometimes. The public veranda overlooking the mountains is not maintained at all & is dirty, if not, it would be a great spot to relax. Overall my stay was ok, especially because of the very accommodating land lady/owner.

GGuest UserOur trip this time was incredibly enjoyable! The hotel is nestled in a valley that the owner has essentially privatized. The scenery is absolutely stunning, with lush green forests, babbling brooks, quaint bridges, and a variety of colorful flowers. It’s perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Each room is a detached unit, offering guests their own private space and a balcony with a beautiful view.
And let me tell you, the food here is delicious! We had bamboo shoot braised pork made with freshly dug bamboo shoots in the morning. It was my first time having such tender and fresh bamboo shoots, seriously, haha! We ended up ordering it for two consecutive days. I’ll definitely miss these bamboo shoots when I go back home! The breakfast was also exceptionally good.
The service here is also excellent; the housekeepers are all very warm and attentive! We arrived by high-speed train, and it’s a bit difficult to get a taxi here. The housekeeper kindly arranged transportation for us both ways, and I'm very grateful for that 🥹. It also happened to be my boyfriend's birthday during our stay. After I mentioned it to the housekeeper, he helped arrange a cake for us, making our little birthday wish come true!
Overall, the experience was fantastic. However, since it's in the mountains, you might encounter a few small insects in the room. Just call the housekeeper, and they'll take care of it promptly. If you can accept this, it's not a big issue. Lastly, it would be even better if there was a shuttle service at Xikou High-Speed Rail Station, as getting a taxi here during holidays can be challenging if you're not driving yourself.

Nestled between mountains and the sea, the hotel boasts a tranquil environment surrounded by lush greenery and exceptionally fresh air. The sea-view rooms offer unparalleled views, with balconies directly overlooking the ocean. You can watch the sunrise and windmills over the sea from your bed in the morning – the atmosphere is simply amazing! 🌅 The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help, and even thoughtfully provided sunrise and beachcombing times. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious seafood. The hotel also features a children's playground, gym, self-service laundry room, and free parking, making it convenient for sightseeing. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is a hidden gem for your Xiangshan vacation – highly recommended!

Thanks to the front desk manager for upgrading us to a suite.
It was quite nice. I initially thought it would have a strong musty smell, but it was fine once we got inside.
The hot springs and breakfast were both good, though the walk up and down the stairs can be a bit slippery on rainy days.
