這家酒店的環境和地理位置好，真的沒話説，各種設施設備齊全，整體我都覺得很舒適，客房鍾姐服務很好：因為有點小感冒喉嚨不舒服向其諮詢了附近葯店位置，回來就看到桌子上面多了兩瓶礦泉水.這也太貼心了吧！特別讓我感動，謝謝她如此用心的服務

房間比較適合我們經常出差的人，床睡着舒適，重要的是枕頭高度比較符合我要求，出門在外睡眠很重要啦！設施方便就好！加上我不喜歡花裏胡哨的酒店。衞生也比較乾淨，工作人員服務很好，細心周到，看是女生東西多保安大叔主動送行李到房間。酒店的位置比較好，方便，在長沙有的特色小吃附近基本都有，不知道去的可以問工作人員.酒店可以，下次還來恆楚！

設施太老舊了，床頭疼一個完全不亮，一個亮了和不亮沒區別。枱燈打開嗡嗡響。電視打開黑屏，一會全是雪花，讓服務員來看了還是雪花，服務員走後一換台又黑屏了。其他服務周邊環境
