DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Downtown

The hotel is within walking distance of anything downtown. Very clean and professional employees. The complimentary water and cookies were enjoyable. Looking forward to our next stay.

We had a terrible experience with this hotel from beginning to end. Upon arrival, they couldn’t find our reservation. Even after providing all the necessary information, they made us wait and still claimed it wasn’t in their system. Eventually, they gave us a room since we had all our belongings with us, but it was a very stressful start. During our 4-day stay, the issues continued. On the second day, someone knocked on our door telling us we were late for checkout and needed to leave. We explained that we had already paid to stay until Sunday, and only then did they correct themselves. This was extremely frustrating and disruptive. Additionally, not once during our stay did we receive housekeeping or room cleaning. We had to call every day just to request clean towels. We raised this issue multiple times—both over the phone and in person at the front desk—but nothing was done to resolve it. The staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive to our concerns. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not return to this hotel or recommend it to others.

This hotel needs a complete renovation. The rooms were very old. The carpet was very old and smelly. The only positive thing I got from this hotel is the staff a staff tried their best to make our stay comfortable and I think them do that.

Overall stat was excellent , hotel room was very clean . Staff was nice flak . Worth stay .
