This location is as bad as the reviews state, worse even. After 2 nights here, my partner and I were covered in bites and even had to remove bed bugs from our bodies. The room had no towels until we requested them, no liner in the bin. The walls were mouldy, especially in the bathroom and the carpet was sticky and disgusting. The area feels very unsafe, with unsavoury characters and beat up cars in the parking lot. A man took photos of our car when we parked up for the first time before walking off down the street. We don’t know why, but it left us feeling uneasy. Pay more, stay somewhere else.

I came for some Dentistry courses and the truth is that I arrived at the hotel, the service I received was poor, there was humidity in the room and there was no trash can in the bathroom, nor was there any cleaning.

During my 4-day stay, the room was not cleaned on any day! Furthermore, part of the hotel seemed to be inhabited by homeless people, who used ***** daily, and the Orlando Police even took action. The location is good, but the staff treats guests and the public badly, it was very strange, with excessive drug use! Not recommended for families going to Orlando because of the parks and the very bad environment for children.

I checked in here from 10-(11-16) 2024, and the room number was #154. When I opened the door on the first day, the first thing I said was that the goods were wrong, a big smell of mold, the sanitary conditions were very poor, and there was no wardrobe. , hair dryers, clothes hangers, etc. The inside and outside are completely different from the photos on the computer, comparable to the slums in India. The flow of people in the corridor outside is complicated, and there are no workers to clean it, so I only stayed for two nights and moved to another hotel on the third day. In this case, is it okay? They said there were two breakfasts, but it was actually a lie. There was no restaurant, only a *breakfast. It was just a coffee machine on the table outside. It was good to be given a cookie.

The hotel room carpet is very gross with a muddy feel to it, there was mold in the coffee maker water tank, the door while locked had gaps/opening between the door and door jam, there was NO phone or internet in the room to call the front desk. The pool was closed down. There were men talking outside the room door/window all night until after 2am so I was terrified to go outside to the front desk. There was no elevator for my son who uses a wheelchair to access a upper level room. Continental breakfast was coffee and a granola bar per the staff. We were too grossed out to even have the coffee.
