This is not a hotel. It is more like Airbnb. They do not offer any services that a hotel should. I arrived at the hotel at 14:00, an hour before the check-in time to drop off my luggage. But I had to wait outside in the rain because the main entrance was completely locked. No staff was working there. I waited for around 20 minutes and saw a cleaning lady walking pass the front desk area so I tried to ring the bell, she saw us but completely ignored. We had to sneak into the back of the hotel to find somebody and we finally found a staff member who did not know what to do. We stayed there for 6 days and the staff was changed daily. It seemed like they hired a part-timer. The room, itself was clean and they offered good facilities. However, they only offered 2 times cleaning service during my stay. Most of the time, no staff were present. I wonder if anything happened in the hotel, who would be responsible for it. If you do not expect any services or security, this place might be for you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend other hotels. There are many other affordable hotels that are able to offer good facilities with standard services.

Convenient, clean, and good service.

Room big and clean. Check in and out fuss free. Quiet neighborhood but with convenience stores nearby.

Comfortable stay for a big group. Well-equipped with cooking and washing facilities. There are 2 big grocery stores nearby too.

Good location and comfy beds. Cleanliness could be better. The floor was dirtier after the room was cleaned. Also I never got a confirmation email for check in and check out. If the staff was not at the front desk, I wouldn't have been able to check in or even come into the building.

The hotel is relatively new and it’s near Daikokucho station. Near to places like Namba and Umeda. There are many convenient stores and eateries around the hotel. Note that the hotel does not have receptionist at the front desk all the time. If you are checking in outside of hotel stipulated hours, make sure you receive the booking confirmation number (6 digits) from the hotel prior to your arrival. The check in process is mostly self help. The hotel is clean, spacious and with good amenities. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Location near to stations very convenient. Cosy and quiet location and room. Usually no people at the front desk. But so far everything is okay.

The hotel was like 5mins from the Daikokucho train station. There was a 7/11 , Lawson and family mart just around the corners from the hotel. Not much eateries. The room was spacious and clean. The utensils and kitchenware was clean. The toilet was also clean. Very family friendly hotel. The only downside was that the air condition was as leaking in the room and there was no one around at the service counter in the night to assist. Otherwise overall the room was cosy and worth the penny.

It was really great. The location, room size, bed, amenities, etc. are perfect for family trips. 4 beds, partitions, water pressure, microwave, etc. It has everything you need, and the location is 1-2 stops away from Dotonbori, Namba, Tennoji, etc. You can also get to Universal Studios in less than 20 minutes. It's a quiet place close to the living area, so it helps you sleep well. There are convenience stores, izakayas, ramen shops, Chinese restaurants, etc. nearby, and Dotonbori is close enough to walk to, which was nice. The elevators are fast and spacious. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

So awesome and comfortable! The location and internal environment are great! I especially like the small and exquisite integrated bathroom. My hair is so smooth after a week. 📍Subway Daikokucho (Exit 5b) 1 station away from Namba 🖼️The night view outside the window is very healing, and the surrounding environment is quiet. 🍣There is a super authentic and highly rated Kuroge Wagyu BBQ restaurant opposite, and two large supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. 🚿There is a local authentic hot spring bathhouse 10 minutes walk away, wow! So positive 👍🏼

It is located on the Mizuno Line, a key subway line for sightseeing in Osaka, and is within 3 minutes from the subway station, making it very accessible for sightseeing. It is one stop from Namba Station, so you can get to Namba Station Dotonbori in 15 minutes, which makes it very useful for using your time at night. It was also very convenient to move from the airport to the hotel by Rapi:t and carry your luggage. The area was quiet, friendly, and seemed safe.
