Clean room, hotel was fine, nothing amazing though. Nowhere to unpack luggage or hang clothes

Check in using the machines was the only hassel. Had a few issues finding our 3rd party reservation but was otherwise fine and room is standard small room, typical of japanese hotels.

部屋の照明が明るいか真っ暗かになってしまうので間接照明があれば良かったです。

梅田駅から効率よく向かうことに苦戦した。(梅田駅の歩道橋？通路を進み、阪神梅田本店を過ぎた先にあるエスカレーターで1階に降りると、スムーズに辿り着きました)
ホタルは清潔。大浴場もあるので疲れが癒せました！

梅田駅から歩ける、すぐ近くに飲み屋街もありとても便利でした。大浴場も良かった。大浴場は25時までなのでご注意を。部屋はユニットバスなので大浴場へ行くのをオススメ。
