Our business trip from Vietnam to Tokyo and decided to stop in Osaka. Thank you for the friendly reception and service of the staff at OKINI Namba Hotel.

The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk from the subway and the Shin-Immamiya railway station, which is very convenient. The staff is young and friendly. The double room is quite large by Japanese standards. There are no beds, the mattresses are located right on the floor. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer. Linen, towels and robes are perfectly white. They were heated by air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with a toilet. There was a problem with hot water: you can’t take a shower - hot water flows for 2 minutes, then cold. The problem with hot water was not resolved during our stay. Cleaning of the room is not provided. Upon arrival, I rated the cleanliness of the room as 3 and 5. Over the 5 days of our stay, the room became dirty, which did not improve the impression of the room. The restaurant is open from 6:30 to 10:00 in buffet mode. Payment for one visit is 1000 yen per person. The menu is almost the same every day. It was noisy once when a large group of tourists arrived. Overall the area is quiet. We booked this hotel because it offered the option to cancel the booking, which was important to me.
