Room is very spacious and staff is very friendly and helpful

I was really disappointed at the front desk service, I brought 6 months old baby with me and want to check in at around 2pm when we arrived. My baby was so tired and cryinng so hard, but the front desk girl didnt allowed us to check in. She wants us to check in at 3pm sharp without considering that the Baby is Crying and has no pity on him. Aside from communication difficulty(they are not fluent in English, its really hard to communicate wisely with them), I was ALSO really SAD that the Front desk is NOT friendly, and they have rooms available but they just want us to wait. I am super regret that I booked this hotel at that moment!! Hope you should orient your hospitality and apply it next time to other guests.

Good hotel, big hotel room, wash machine, cooking good for family!

Room size is spacious enough for foir people. There are a washing machine, microwave and air purifier provided in the room.

Location is good, near to the subway station, with walking distance of 10+ mins. The family room is not so big after we opened all luggage. The shower room has full facilities and able to dry the washed clothes. Counter service is not so effective and bias, using a translator kit to entertain a Korean family sentence by sentence, but leave us to read by ourselves. There is also a 1000 yen charges to help keeping the luggage after check-out. Overall, the hotel is good for a family stay at Osaka.

There are parent-child rooms with two 1.8-meter-long beds. The room is big enough. There is a washing machine, a lot of clothes hangers, and a balcony clothes drying rod. The location is at the North 8th Exit of Shinsaibashi Subway Station. Overall, it is a very good hotel. The breakfast is a Japanese bento, which can be bought only once or twice. 1,500 yen is not bad. There is an oven and a microwave in the room.

Turn right and you'll reach the famous Shinsaibashi commercial street in 20 meters, which makes shopping very convenient.

The place is big enough! 3 suitcases open and plenty of room to move around, also cooking place complete with utensils and washing machine functioning well! But unfortunately there is some distance from the MTR station! There are Namba Shrine attractions nearby, century-old trees worth visiting

The service is a little difficult due to communication and language problems, but the front desk is also working hard. It is best to book a family twin room with two 1.8-meter large beds, but the room with one large bed and one small bed is a bit of a pitfall. The small bed is pulled out from under the large bed. There is a washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, which is very convenient for families with children. The bathroom is also a regular heated bathtub, but it is indeed not big.

There is a washing machine so you can wash your dirty clothes after a day out, and there is also a balcony where you can dry your clothes overnight. The soundproofing is not very good and you can hear people talking.

Near Nipponbashi Station, just near Shinsaibashi, but at the end of the bridge. It takes another 10 minutes to go to Dotonbori Sakai Terminal. The location is okay, right? But the room is absolutely cost-effective for Osaka. For the price near Shinsaibashi, there is nothing to lose.
