equipment and hygiene are very good

While check-in was a bit slow and communication was sometimes hard to understand, it wasn't a major problem. It would be helpful to have kitchen towels and dishcloths; I ended up using a small towel in their place. A clothes drying rack with clips would be appreciated. Laundry detergent with fabric softener was provided. Only one tissue box was supplied; another would be helpful. Overall, we had a mostly problem-free stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

很乾凈的房間，房東跟太太非常熱情，隔音也比較好，在居民區，大家都很安靜。下次還會選擇這家～離地鐵站也就幾分鐘步行距離，都是空曠的街道，街景很美。離大阪站跟梅田都挺近

The hotel is new and well-equipped. The elevator goes directly to the subway station, and you can request daily housekeeping. Toiletries are available for self-pickup in the lobby. Both check-in and check-out are self-service, and the hotel's service is also good. My initial room had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi on my phone, but after I called the front desk, they switched my room, and everything was fine. Overall, it's a great place. There's a convenience store right behind the building, and the hotel's location is very close to Umeda Station, which is directly accessible on the same subway line.

Well? The hotel is gorgeous! Installations and the concept is amazing. The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that. The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier. That was pros. Now cons. Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable. Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again. Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area. Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again. Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there. Thanks for the reception guys and girls. Clean and quiet hotel located in Kitashinchi, Osaka. The rooms are compact but well-maintained. Great location with easy access to trains and main attractions. Staff were friendly and there’s even free coffee in the lobby. If you don’t mind the small space, it’s a great value stay!
