Thank you Chisun Standard for the wonderful hospitality. The hotel was well-located - a nice 10-minute walk to the giant Donki and Daiso stores. Lots of train stations nearby too. Although the railway was just beside the hotel, the sounds didn't bother us and they even provided earplugs. The hotel kindly provided complimentary coffee in the afternoon and evenings (although the coffee could have tasted better). We had a great view of the Hitachi Tower from our cosy room. Thanks again!
We booked for two nights, came with two friends, the room is quite small but good, we like it. Good, have to be careful at night, but don't have to, you're not in danger. It's worth it compared to the price, the room is clean, the bathroom is very clean. Recommended for those who come to travel and just sleep. If you have a big bag, you may not be able to open it. When eating in the room, put your suitcase. But if you come back late, there are many people around who like the house.
Relatively affordable. Super close to metro (10mins to Namba and Shin-Imamiya Station to airport) and a supermarket next door. Interiors are pretty new for a 2023 building. The staff were super chill young people who made my stay really pleasant!
Recommend. Will come back here next time in Osaka for sure!

I discovered this location after staying at Hotel Shin-Imamiya (next door). I’d rather pay more to stay at this hotel, which was such a great value with many convenient amenities. It was the first time my mother slept on tatami mats with futon bedding.
The bath/shower setups are communal. (The women’s-only bath is on the first floor.) I especially liked the common space because of the food station to cook/prepare instant meals. The best aspect of the common space were the free cold/hot beverages.
The location is unbeatable. This was the second time I stayed in this neighborhood. The Osaka Loop train was so perfect to get around.
I've visited Osaka countless times, but this was my first stay at this hotel. I stayed for a total of 3 nights.
Initially, I was prejudiced against this area as it seemed a bit intimidating, but after staying here, I realized it was actually quite peaceful and clean. I was very impressed and would definitely consider staying here again on future trips to Osaka.
The hotel is located a short walk from the station. There are multiple exits, and if you have heavy luggage, there are elevators available. A convenience store and vending machines are also nearby.
I arrived in Osaka early morning via night bus. Initially, I was going to ask the hotel if I could leave my luggage, but luckily, I was able to check into my room right away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though their English had a Japanese accent. They were able to provide me with all the necessary information. (If you plan to arrive at the hotel before check-in time, please contact the hotel directly to inquire about their policy.)
My room was a single room of 11㎡, which is about 3x4 meters. I could fit my 28-inch suitcase on the floor in the walkway.
The room had a bed, desk, chair, nightstand, mini-fridge, TV (which I didn't use), glasses, trash can, slippers, and towels. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was acceptable given the price and quality of the hotel. The desk was large enough for me to work on my laptop and still have space for my makeup and some snacks.
The bathroom was small but clean. It had a shower, bathtub, automatic toilet, and amenities like soap and shampoo.
The hotel's common area had several workspaces, which were sufficient for the number of guests. The hotel's internet was very fast, both in the room and in the common areas. If you're traveling for work, this hotel would be a great option.
The kitchen area was small but functional, with a microwave, electric stove, sink, and separate trash bins.
There was also a laundry room with coin-operated washing and drying machines. I didn't use this service, but I think you can exchange coins at the hotel lobby.
The apartment is just 1-2 min walk away from Family Mart. Lawson is just slightly further away. Very convenient! They also provide hotel slippers, towels, chopsticks, utensils, bowls! It’s perfect. We weren’t affected by the noise as our room was facing another direction. Request for a higher floor and the request was met! 🙏🏻✨ Overall a great stay!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — always willing to assist with anything I needed. The location is also perfect — very close to all the train stations and surrounded by great shopping areas. Highly recommended!

Good location but bad surroundings. Not very safe after 11PM. You wouldn’t see any homeless if you stay at Namba or Shinsaibashi.
WiFi never worked and front desk even told you to have a wifi password which never able to access. If you want to use WiFi you need to sit on 1st floor.
If you complain then they will pretend like they will reset a router but it isn’t working.
If you ask them to help you book a restaurant then they would say “they can’t make a phone call from here”
I didn’t expect much because it’s budget hotel but WiFi is something at least you can provide to your guests or a single phone call wouldn’t cost a 100 bucks.
As a notice since 11th June, this hotel staff told to “wait a little longer” but it would take a month to fix. For real??
You pay for what you get … been coming here for decades, it’s cheap and have great location, it has change a bit in terms it was more for more termpary local now more for budget travellers.

CChocoAlisonThe actual thing is the same as the picture. The room is new and big, with a large living room and dressing room, and two bathrooms and a bathtub. The beds are all 1.5 meters long. The three rooms are separated by a sliding door with translucent glass. There are not many restaurants nearby. There is one restaurant called Aeon which is open until 12am, but they don't serve many cooked food. There is a small subway station within a 4-minute walk, and a subway station with more convenient transfers is about 10 minutes away. The last subway at Shinsaibashi leaves at 12 o'clock. If you miss it, you will have to take a taxi for about HK$140. The nearby convenience store is about a 5-minute walk away. There are residential houses all around, and the lights are basically turned off at night, so there is nothing great to visit. Pay attention to the hygiene of the kitchen. The utensils were not cleaned properly and the upper layer of the microwave was moldy. Fortunately, I checked it before using it. 🥲 Other facilities are very smart and the design is very considerate.
GGuest UserThe room was very clean and the area was large. Washing machines and other appliances were all available, and the automatic door lock was very convenient. The location is also very convenient. There are three railways available within 7 minutes of walking. It is very convenient to go to the center of Osaka. The only downside is that there is no indication that there is no toothpaste toothbrush, but it does not matter, it is acceptable for environmental protection. There are also supermarkets and places to eat in the surrounding area, and convenience stores take 3 minutes. I will stay here next time.
GGuest UserThis hotel is a great choice for short stays, especially if you’re looking for convenience and privacy. The location is excellent—just under a 5-minute walk from Tengachaya Station, making it easy to access public transportation. There is also direct train from Kansai Airport to Tengachaya station, without transfer - bonus point if you arrived from KIX. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby that offers Yamato luggage delivery service, which is very handy if you're traveling with heavy bags.
The hotel operates as a fully self-service property, with no staff at the front desk. Check-in is straightforward—they’ll email you a passcode to access your mailbox, where you’ll find your room key.
Rooms are compact, as is typical in Osaka, but very clean and feel quite new. The bed has storage space underneath, which is perfect for stowing large suitcases. Amenities are basic (toothbrush, comb, shaver), and you can pick them up at the front desk area, which also has a microwave available if you want to heat up food.
One thing to note: there’s no coin laundry on-site, so if you’re staying for an extended period, plan accordingly. The room brochure mentions a luggage delivery service, but I didn’t receive a reply when I tried to contact them using provided number.
Overall, it’s a solid option for short stays—comfortable, private, and very conveniently located near transit and services.
MMercyLegoIt is very close to the Zoo Station and Shin-Imamiya JR Station, about a ten-minute walk away. There are three 24-hour convenience stores nearby, as well as delicious street-side yakitori shops and Dorayaki. It took about half an hour to get to Universal Studios, and the location was very satisfactory. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator. The bathroom is small but has dry and wet separation. The front desk is also very friendly. If I come to Osaka again, I will choose this hotel again.
