Overall, everything was nice and the stay was comfortable. However, the room cleanliness could be improved. There were visible hairs in different areas, especially in the bathroom and on the desk surface, and the bedside lamp was quite dusty.

Very good service. And the place for visiting Osaka too. Especially if you came from KiX airport and then going to Shin-Osaka to leave this beautiful city. Recommend!!!

Amazing stay, comfortable temperature in the room, really quite, friendly staff. You can find microwave near elevator and heat up your 7/11 breakfast. A bit far from main attractions but overall really good ratio of comfort and price.
