"The hotel is very near all landmarks and easily accessible by train stations and tram. It’s a self check in hotel. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, tho the room is quite small so if you have two big luggages then its already crowded. At the lobby is a bar that is open til late at night and in one night of our stay, there was commotion and so many police came around 3am. It woke me up because of the loud noise of people shouting etc."

"I didn't receive the hotel's information collection email until I checked in, so I didn't have the password. I contacted the trip customer service at the hotel entrance. Fortunately, the customer service was very good and helped me contact them quickly.
The facilities are quite complete and the location is quite close to the subway entrance, but the bed is not very good, like a simple spring bed. Then the quilt and pillow have a smell, and it is uncomfortable to sleep."

"The room vas relatively large for Scandinavian hotels. I also liked the heated floors in the bathroom. Towels and body wash/shampoo could use an upgrade. The breakfast was great. Lots of choices. We also ate at the restaurant (10% discount). For me, it was the best meal in Oslo. The hair dryer didn’t work and we got a replacement within 5 minutes."

"I chose this hotel to consider that the second day of the tour was at the Sculpture Park, and it was only a ten minute walk. The hotel self-service is also very convenient. "One km away from Central Station. Great location. Tram stops are just stones away. Greak breakfast. Toilet is clean. I got a room with a great view facing the road. If you’re a light sleeper it might be a problem as trams are passing until past 1am. It wasnt too loud but you can hear it."

SSnoopy MeLove the hotel modernization and cosy feel. Is a surprised to me they got beautiful pantry for use. Hotel customers can make hot their meals and electric jug for water boiling. They hv bread toaster too, was looking forward to toast my bread, but they removed it the next day without replacing.
Room is good , very comfortable bed. Toilet very clean. Will recommend to people.

GGuest UserGreat location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice.
However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms.
Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

Som sagt, det dekker hva man må ha, men ikke noe mer en det heller. Til den prisen man må betale for et rom pr. natt, burde det vært en høyere standar.

NNicoleThe location of the hotel is very good, but there are three points that are not satisfactory. I placed two orders, but the hotel receptionist didn't mention this after arriving at the hotel. If I hadn't found out later, this matter wouldn't have been solved, and I lost my room rate for one night. The second thing, when I was sleeping at night, the fire alarm suddenly sounded, and no one explained the reason. The third thing is that after I found the problem, I called the staff. The staff didn't give a reasonable explanation, just perfunctory. This is the reason why I am dissatisfied with your hotel.

AAI CHEN CHUALocation is really good. In the middle of the shopping street and very close to the train station. Room is very clean and they provide small helpful items that you may need such as a water bottle. Bed is single size. I didn't know that the check in can be done via their website to get the access code. But I managed to sort it out soon.

SStef T.I have told myself to manage my expectation as it’s 3-star hotel after all. But it’s Norway so I am a bit more critical than if it were hotels in other countries.
The location is ok, not too much in the city centre but close enough to work to touristic places. The service of staff is really hit and miss: some staff are really good and helpful. I told one of the staff in the morning that I wanted my room to be vacuumed as it was not cleaned properly (if at all) when I checked in the previous day. I would expect an apology but the staff just shrug and said ok.
The breakfast is the savour of their 3-star. Plenty of choices, well decorated restaurant, staff are efficient in refilling food and drinks.
The room is a standard 3-star, the balcony is a bonus. Overall it’s acceptable with this price in Oslo.

CCatherine210It can't be called a hotel, it's more like a B&B. The advantages of the hotel are that it is very close to the subway station, just across the road, 200 meters from point to point, and this subway station is only 2 stops away from Oslo Railway Station. The price is also very cheap (this price is very cost-effective in Northern Europe). The room has a small refrigerator, kitchen, and microwave, although we didn't use it. The shower room is separated into dry and wet areas, and the water pressure is sufficient, so it's very comfortable to take a shower. As for the disadvantages, the fire alarm suddenly rang at 8 o'clock in the evening, which was very harsh and heart-pounding. Check-in is self-service by phone, including paying a deposit and activating the room card. The store is not bad. Asked a few of us if we need twin beds, and later gave us a duplex with two large beds on the upper and lower floors. However, this room requires a very narrow staircase, which is inconvenient with large luggage, and every time the door downstairs is closed, it seems as if someone is pushing our door, so it is not recommended for girls to stay (maybe I am timid), if it is a man, you can consider it. The room number is 124B for reference. Also, remember to separate the sheets and other items when checking out, and throw away the garbage. Attached picture instructions.
