The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We slept very well on the comfortable futons. There was no shop nearby, so had to drive out to get food. The breakfast was okay.

We enjoyed the cleanliness, politeness of staff, and the great view of the sunset! Onsen moor water was excellent! Buffet was also tasty and abundant. Will come again!

A very good stay here with their hot spring in room and hotel services are super good. Dinner and breakfast here were great and with great variety of good food. We booked the hot air balloon ride just right next to hotel, it was an amazing experience that must try.

Awesome traditional Japanese style onsen hotel. Room is clean, staff is nice and dinner buffet is excellent.

The snowstorm disrupted the trip. All the good hot spring hotels were fully booked. This is the only one with private hot springs. The hotel also has SPA. I booked a private hot spring room. Except for the beautiful scenery of the hotel restaurant and lobby, everything else is very average. It's full of tour groups. This is the most insincere hot spring hotel buffet I've eaten in Hokkaido.

The environment is nice, the hot spring is OK, the breakfast is nice, and there are several restaurants nearby with good food. This is my first time to take a hot spring bath in Obihiro. The experience is great. I didn't meet any Chinese people in this hotel, and there are not many tourists. They are all Japanese who come to take a bath with their families. I will come again next time. It is very convenient to take a bus from New Chitose Airport to Obihiro Station for 3 hours, and then take a taxi to the hotel. You can also take the JR line, but you need to change stations, which is faster than taking the bus.

The staff are very kind. This is my third time here and the first time in winter, but it was a trip that allowed me to enjoy all four seasons. I will use it again.

A hot spring hotel with a very high CP value. Although dinner and breakfast are buffets, the food quality is not bad. The room should have been renovated, so it is very clean and new, and the environment is comfortable. If you choose to open the window in a room facing the river, you can hear the sounds of birds and the wind in the morning, which is very comfortable and relaxing. The room is relatively small, but overall it is very comfortable and clean. Japanese hotels are pretty good. I am very satisfied and will come again. This trip was perfect. I visited many niche areas. The room has Japanese-style tatami mats.
