Everything PERFECT and the service VERY FRIENDLY

We were visiting family we come down two to three times a year usually and most of the time we get our favourite room

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast of a morning was decent and regularly stocked up as needed. Debbie on reception is lovely. So welcoming when we arrived and helped us with anything we needed. Only downfall was a member of staff named Jake or Jack. He was quite rude and abrubt to us on several occasions and it really annoyed us

If you are looking for somewhere to just rest your head it is good value for money. Very basic rooms to be expected, mugs had hair in them so we didn’t use them but were only staying the night! Bathroom very small but great shower. Very friendly staff and great location.

I was staying with my mother and 16 week old puppy in an accessable room. During our stay my puppy pulled the emergency call bell in the bathroom, less than 2 mins later there was a knock on the door and help was there if we had needed it. I apologised, they showed me how to cancel the alarm and they were very understanding about the incident , telling us it was the 1st time a puppy had set it off, they took a photo of her and said she would go in the(tongue in cheek) naughty board.The staff were all very friendly, helpful and very professional, and if it hadn’t been a false call-out help would have been there within 2 mins. Throughout our stay the staff were excellent and if not busy they were cleaning and tidying there areas. A team to be very proud of.. breakfast, fresh, hot, and very filling

Staff member was rude and overbearing and treated us like Thieves on are breakfast would not leave us till going to till

If you just want a place to lay your head then go for it. Food was disgusting and inedible . One of the breakfast staff was beyond rude. Nicest thing was the lady on the night staff reception.

Very standard no frills Travellodge but what stood out for us was the friendly staff. All were great, chatty and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Made our little getaway great. Breakfast well worth the price for unlimited including coffees/juice etc, again no frills but well stocked and fresh. The Happy hour drinks at £3.50 well worth it!

Couldn’t thank Debbie and the team enough for looking after us during our stay over the Easter weekend. They really made us feel welcome and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you Debbie for everything you did and special thank you to Kelly as well for making sure our room was all ready for us.
