Just returned from a weekend at this lovely guest house. Host very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were freshly cooked and delicious. Was good to see they offered alternatives to the usual full English, eg pancakes, French toast and fruit etc. I can highly recommend the French toast. The icing on the cake is the hot tub which is under cover in a room at rear of the property. Everything was extremely clean and very relaxing. Parking also available which is a bonus. We stayed in the Moroccan room and as the guest house was quite I was shown all the rooms which were themed and all lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, friendly hosts, nice breakfasts, good facilities, some nice sea views from rooms we had. It is at the top of a hill so can be a problem if you have mobility issues, but still convenient for centre and Harbour. Hosts do their best to overcome any issues

The decor for every room is stunning, we were in room 7 which is pink and black and agatha christie themed. I've not slept so well for ages and waking up to such a lovely, freshly cooked breakfast. Being so close to Paignton town and within 10 minutes of three different beaches makes travelling around without a car so much easier. The bar was a fun atmosphere and our 8 year old son made many friends including the owners dog: Dexter.

Comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, fabulous host. Near to seafront, lovely location. Would definitely stay again. Imagine lovely in summer with large garden, plenty of space outside and a garden bar. Nearby pubs and restaurants, beautiful setting.

Cannot fault this place, beautiful room - we had a Buyagift voucher which was easy to redeem & we paid a little extra to upgrade the room. There was everything you could possibly need provided for you - even dressing gowns & slippers if you wanted them. Breakfast was 1st class, quality food which you ordered the night before & booked your time so everything was cooked for your arrival.Auden had plenty of advice for things to do & there were lots of leaflets available too. Would certainly recommend this small hotel which even has a hot tub if you felt the need.

Great host nothing was too much. Best bed ever! Our room was huge. Great breakfast. On a steep hill so good exercise if you are fit or 2 minutes in car to seafront. Parking at front or back. A bar is in the breakfast room for evenings.

Alan was a super Host, he went above and beyond to make our stay as best he could. We will recommend it to anyone coming to the area He made a special breakfast for our 7 month old, and my parents loved the breakfast pancakes. You can walk to the beach, love places in town to eat. Off road parking and even charging for you electric car. Fab place

The room was cosy and warm, with large smart TV, shower, bath and sofa. Hot tub was excellent, there's an EV charger on site, easy walk to Paignton or Goodrington beach. Hearty brekky, very welcoming owners and their daughter. Dog friendly - our Teddy had a bed, blankets, treats and even a bottle of dog wine,

The host very welcoming .Fantastic breakfasts. Out of this world bedroom .Home from home decor fantastic clean .Nothing to much trouble. Sent photos to friends they asked if we were staying at the Hilton .Coming back again next year with friends
