Homewood Suites by Hilton Palm Desert Reviews

Although a nice property, the place needs maintenance.  Even on request, our room was NEVER cleaned.  The electronic key’s didn’t function.  Even at check-out no once asked how our stay was.  If they had asked, I would not have left this honest review One of the hotel elevators was out and walking the halls made you feel like you were in a prison.  also overlapped with a rolling thunder group of very loud motorcycles.

It’s ok. Pool was dirty. Room ok not as good as I expected. Key card hard to use always a hassle. Lots of trash full everywhere.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Kids enjoyed the pool time which was complimented by the not to hot weather. Nice location not far from local stores. Walmart, Costco and restaurants just couple miles away which made it quick fast to grab a bite to eat and get to relaxing.

Lovely clean room and attractive lobby. Was a snag in getting the room I had chosen. I received a text saying the room was ready but it wasn’t when I arrived. Waited 30 minutes but was then told that the room I had requested, wasn’t available?? All in hall, it was a lovely weekend.
