Delos Reyes Palm Springs

What a surprising gem. Affordability, customer service, location. Its the full package. Came in without expectations and was delighted. The front desk was very helpful and even called me after we had left my daughters insulin in the fridge. The pool is open and so is the spa. Will be staying there every time we go to Palm Springs, thank you all.

Ok room for me but the wife did not like it. The walkways are old felt with holes, and the room kinda stagnant. Ac and air works fine. Jacuzzi was nice. Like I said, unhappy wife, miserable life.

Wonderful large spa and everything is close by: museums; ******s, restaurants and nightlife. Enjoyed kitchen with microwave and fridge. Housekeeping staff friendly, courteous and efficient. Great value!

This place is acceptable for an inexpensive no-frills overnight stay. The grounds are nothing special to look at, but fairly well-kept and well-lit at night. The room was spacious. Fairly new-looking laminate flooring and USB ports helped it seem a bit updated. The room was patched up a lot, had scratched-up paint and worn furniture. Small bathroom; light over the bathroom mirror didn’t work. There was an odd bare-bulb light hanging from the ceiling that hurt to look at. TV was fine. No tissues or full-length mirror. Bed was comfortable and clean. No sound insulation from people walking around in the room above ours. Overall, a clean, safe, adequate and affordable place to stay for a night in Palm Springs during the busy season.

Very cheap hotel. The beds were like sleeping on metal springs with clothe over top. The bathroom was large but the sink was almost touching the toilet. Couldnt even take a number 2 without smacking my knees. The ceiling was peeling inside the bwthroom as well. Ithe sliding door wouldnt close all the way either and that made us feel very unafe. Shabby is the best word to describe this motel. As we walked past units towards the lobby, we saw torn, frayed curtains in the windows. It appears that the property is decades past needing refurbishment. I had requested a unit with a patio, and we were given that type of unit. We opened our suitcase, ready to hang up our clothes, and found....no closet. I've been in motels/hotels without an actual closet before, and it was no problem as they all had at least installed a bar to hang clothes. Not at this motel. I called the front desk to ask about this. The man expressed surprise (really???, like they didn't know their units?). I asked for another unit and was told maybe tomorrow. In the meantime all we could do was lay out our clothes on one of the beds. Also there was no clock or phone, not even a line to reach the front desk. There was no hook in the bathroom for your robe. There was no latch on the bathroom door, you can't close it. Plus the door was too short, 6" open at the top AND the bottom. No privacy. Only 1 bar of soap given and no place to even put it in the shower. First night we got little sleep, there was a noise in the wall like a toilet tank filling---every 90 seconds all night. We checked our toilet tank, it was fine. Next day we reported it to the front desk. It was the toilet above us, thankfully, they fixed it. I think the listing should have stated that there is NO CLOSET and no privacy in the bathroom. We would have found a different hotel.

The room was good. However it was a bit dirty. Housekeeping does clean well under the beds. Need to add some air freshener as well.

Was asked for a cash deposit. Desk Clerk was rude and yelled at cussed about the cash. Ive never been asked for a cash deposit at any hotel in America.

Never stayed at hotel that sheets not white. These were patterned and comforter looked worn Tile in bathroom cracked, laminate flooring had cracks and tub tap ran all night Reported it when we left.
