They are all good, but a bit expensive, and the refund policy is very strict. But the voice of the customer service guy is super nice

This was an exceptional hotel. The staff was super helpful and went beyond in every area. The concierge staff helped us organize all our restaurant and tour reservations - so a big thank you to Carl, Pauline and Adrien! Marina and Cecile and the front desk were very welcoming and so was Shara the welcome guest. They have the BEST breakfast! The room was very large and modern. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. We had a super wonderful experience. It is located in a great location as well.

The ambience of the hotel and location were fantastic only exceeded by the cafe and attention provided by Claire and the other staff! The rooms were very nicely appointed, cozy and comfortable…certainly will be our stay of choice on future trips to the city of lights and romance.

I recently spent 2 nights at the Maison Delano and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel is only 1 year old even though it is located in an old hotel particulier so everything is in perfect condition. I can't say enough about the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my bath tub draining and the repairman was there to fix it before I got back to my room. The concierge staff helped me get reservations to choice restaurants. Sara Biglino of Guest Relations was delightful and fun. The hotel is located across from the British Embassy and close to the Palais Elysee. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants nearby and the Place de la Concorde is a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast was served in the open-air courtyard and it was delicious. The bar is cozy and served great drinks. I cannot think of anything to improve.

Amazing place to stay in Paris! Just wonderful and perfect! We came from another hotel where we had a bad experience and everything exceeded our expectations! 5 stars services and staff! Of course this hotel will be our choice for stays in Paris from now on!

Our daughter recommended this hotel as a good alternative in Paris for a much more expensive hotel we had chosen and we decided to stay 3 nights in the more expensive hotel and 3 nights in Maison Delano. We loved the much more expensive hotel but were pleasantly surprised what Maison Delano offers for about 60 % less. The location and facilities are fantastic and the hotel is chic and very parisian. My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Lovely, modern hotel with great service and a central location. We stayed at the junior suite which was quite spacious and very modern with extremely high ceilings. Few good to knows- - booked through Amex fine hotels, they honoured every thing - room upgrade, late checkout, €100 credit etc. - hot water in bathroom, airconditioning in room worked perfectly. Linens, towels etc. are all what you would expect at a high end 5 star. WiFi and chrome cast on tv worked perfectly. - breakfast is alacarte at the restaurant, they have multiple options and drinks and pretty much let you order whatever you want. This was our 3rd stay in Paris, the first two were in bigger typical chain hotels. We preferred this the most as being a smaller hotel, there was more of a personal touch and attention to detail. The front desk staff, doormen, restaurant staff and housekeeping were all extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I just spent 4 nights at The Maison Delano and had one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences ever. Prior to and during our stay, the concierge and staff (Adrien and Carl Philippe especially!) were SO helpful and incredibly fast at reservation requests, room requests or anything we needed during our time in Paris. Adrien even sourced a picnic basket and packed it with charcuterie and pastries for a picnic near the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is in a Great location, clean beautiful rooms with excellent and very attentive staff. The food and hotel ambiance was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming back soon.
