1. The room is big but dirty , full of dust and insect. 2. I booked a room for 3 persons, but only 1 plug in the room , and 1 in toilet (which is not working) so I wasn't able to charge my phone 3.The old man reception seems to doesn't really give a damn about what you talk and not friendly. 4.Nothing in the room except very little soap shampoo and towel. But location is great

I do love this hotel.It's unbelievable that the distance from here to the Paris North train station so close. Also next to a lot of bus and underground. Moreover, the bed is very soft and clean. Also, the bathroom is satisfied with bath. The only problem is when I leave hotel, I must Return my room card and when I come back at midnight I use the ring over ten minutes then staff come.I understand it is midnight, but if necessary Maybe some guests don't need to be asked to return the card.

The front office worker there were nice with us. But it’s unbelievable that’s they give a room like this to a customer. The bed was full of bed bug. And after sending a email the hôtel we even didn’t receive an explanation about this incident. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

The hotel is close to Gare Nord and Montmartre. There are some lovely little restaurants nearby. The staff is really friendly and eager to help!

The elevator is a single-seater and is not soundproof at all. You can hear all the noise coming from the room through the hallway. The facilities are old, so don't expect much. However, the location is very good.
