The room was quiet and very clean. The service was friendly, and it's super close to the subway station, just 30 minutes from the train station. Being able to store luggage made visiting all the attractions really convenient.

I originally booked one room for my four-night stay, but because one night was unavailable, Trip.com automatically booked me two different room types, meaning I'd have to switch rooms once. On the first day of check-in, the front desk staff said they would arrange for me to stay in the same room type for all four nights so I wouldn't have to switch rooms. So we didn't pack anything and left all our personal belongings in the room. But when we came back that evening, our room card didn't work. The front desk told us they had moved us to a different room and transferred all our belongings! Crucially! They didn't call me during the day! They didn't send a message! There was absolutely no notification! This was completely rude! When I asked why they didn't tell me this at check-in, the staff actually said, "we decide today" and then "you know why" I was truly speechless! They clearly told me at check-in that I wouldn't need to move, and I didn't even ask for a continuous stay. The staff were incredibly unprofessional, didn't inform me, and handled my personal belongings without permission! Just moving my stuff around like that… Think carefully before choosing this hotel! They really have no customer awareness whatsoever.

1. The hotel's structural design creates an unusually long entryway, making the room feel incredibly small. It's so cramped that once a 32-inch suitcase is opened, the small table and two chairs inside have to be pushed into a corner. The room space is very limited. Additionally, some rooms have beds placed diagonally (which is impossible to tell from the platform's photos – if one could see the bed was angled and prevented a suitcase from opening, who would book this hotel?). 2. The wardrobe in the room is a very simple, open-style unit that can barely fit 5 hangers. There's no iron or ironing board. 3. Although the room was supposed to be cleaned daily, it was quite dirty. Every morning I'd press the 'clean my room' reminder before leaving, but one evening, after a tiring day, I returned to find it hadn't been cleaned. The front desk said they clean rooms one by one and hadn't gotten to mine yet. 4. On two separate occasions, used soap was taken away but new ones weren't replenished. I had to call for new soap each time I returned to the room at night. 5. One evening, I came back to find the room cleaned, but all the dirty bath towels and hand towels had been removed, and no new ones were provided. I had to call for them again. 6. Hand tissues were also not refilled. It was too late, so I just used what I had in my bag. 7. For the first two days, the bedsheets and duvet cover were arranged very sloppily. The bottom sheet wasn't tucked into the bed, and seeing the wrinkled sheets when I lifted the duvet was quite unpleasant. 8. I stayed for many days, but only on the first day did I unpack my suitcase. For the other 8 days, my suitcase remained closed and standing upright. I had wanted to wear different outfits, but the hotel experience was so poor that I essentially wore the same clothes from check-in to check-out. 9. The corridor design in this hotel is quite unsettling, with a framed black and white photo of an elderly person (possibly a celebrity) by each room door. 10. The ground floor of this hotel (which also serves as the breakfast area for guests) is an external restaurant. So, in the evenings, it feels like there are many foreigners dining, but in reality, this hotel is a bit misleading. In terms of room facilities and service, it's very subpar and doesn't justify its high price. I wonder if Trip.com has ever actually inspected the property.

This is a very modern hotel with no traditional lobby; the ground floor is dedicated to the restaurant. Even though it has floor-to-ceiling windows, the soundproofing is excellent. The bedding is good, and the shower pressure is fantastic.

Excellent value for money! Super convenient for the subway, great location! The front desk staff were quite friendly, and the croissants at breakfast were delicious. The breakfast area itself was also pretty good. Highly recommend!

An excellent, artistically distinctive hotel. France truly lives up to its reputation as a capital of art. The design is innovative and unique. It's definitely worth experiencing, and I'll be back on my next trip to France. Hope to tag them!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was very satisfying. The room was clean and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were warm and attentive, the facilities were complete, and it offered good value for money. If I come to Paris again, I would consider staying here again.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the subway is right outside the door, making getting around incredibly convenient. It doesn't feel like a tourist area, which makes it very safe.

The renovation is very recent, and the room size is quite generous for Paris. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. The metro station is right outside the door, which is super convenient.
