The location of the hotel is great, the subway station is across the street from Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department store. The room is not very big, there is a hallway at the entrance, which wastes space. The decoration is great, modern design. The breakfast is average, semi-buffet, not very rich.
The location of the hotel is ideal and the rooms are nicely appointed. The service of the front desk/concierge staff was outstanding; they were helpful in resolving some initial confusion re. transportation to the airport (arranged by a third party) and kindly arranged taxi service when needed. The only meals we had at the hotel were breakfast, which were very nice. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!
Small boutique hotel with only 3 rooms per floor. We took the deluxe room and it was spacious enough to fit a cot. The room is nice designed and comfortable. The entrance is quite hidden as the logo of the hotel is small.
Service, all the staff are young, chic and friendly. Just one little feedback is they hang up the phone too quickly, always a very short bye then hang up. When we arrived there was no one at the door to assist with luggage.
We had three meals at the restaurant/room service. Some dishes are good but the both pasta dishes was not good.

Very great location walking distance to opera area. I’ve read the review and was worried a lot, luckily the staff greeted me was nice and friendly. But the single room facility is very outdated. My window facing directly to next building office so it is very awkward eye to eye to strangers. Sound proof is poor also the hotel is fully booked but the elevator 🛗 only can host 1-2ppl per time
Next to Concorde Square, shopping is very convenient.
We arrived in Paris in the early morning. The hotel is good, check in early for us. The downside is that the hotel is a bit old and the rooms are a bit small. Adding 2,500 yuan per night to upgrade to the suite is much more comfortable and the view is good.
Capitalist countries really have a penny for a dollar.
Breakfast choices are not too small and are suitable for Orientals.
The room is small but clean, and the breakfast is rich and much better than many Mercure hotels in China.
What's more valuable is that the Louvre is within walking distance, and the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, mostly Chinese, Japanese and Korean... It's a very safe area, and it's quiet at night; the price is also very nice!
It's really good👍
The location was great and there were restaurants, bakeries, Starbucks, Monoprix, Galeries Lafayette, etc. nearby, so it was very convenient. There are many people and it is a place where you can walk safely at night. The room was clean and there was a kitchen, so I cooked and ate the fresh ingredients I bought. Most of the cooking utensils are provided. There are glasses, mugs, plates, cutlery, pots, frying pans, dishwasher, dishwashing detergent, sponges, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. I brought chopsticks, saran wrap, and dish cloth. You can only bring toilet paper and towels as much as you need. There was shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, and hand soap in the bath. The scent was also nice. You could drink free coffee in front of the front desk. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and answered our questions kindly, and when we left our luggage on the way back, they took good care of our fragile items. I would definitely like to stay here again next time! Thank you.
The location of the hotel is very good, right next to Place Vendôme. It is a very European-style hotel. However, the room I stayed in had a large mirror facing the bed, which is not suitable for Chinese people.
Great location with easy access to the two metro stations, the room has all what you basically need except the slippers which most hotels I stayed tend to provide and the bath tub that is way too high to crawl in and out, resulting in injuring the back of my ankle when I hit the rock hard washing basin. Staff were quite friendly and the breakfast was very French but a little dull in variety of choices. Overall, it is still value for money for hotels in Paris.
Great location!
It is also close to the subway station
It's easy to take a bus
It's winter, the heating is good
Hot water is hot.
Even the toilets are clean!
the room is a bit narrow
Because I mostly travel and sleep
there was no discomfort
The front desk is also friendly!
Very Good

GGuest UserVery satisfied hotel, is an apartment hotel, we live in the attic upstairs, the room is clean and tidy, very beautiful! The bedding is also very comfortable, and there is a skylight in the living room that is very well ventilated! The location of the hotel is excellent, it is very convenient to eat and drink downstairs. It is the most satisfying hotel for this stay. The hotel staff is Chinese and provides a lot of help. It is highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, everything is close, but the rooms are terrible - the room area is large (our room was 40 square meters), but it is used absolutely inefficiently. The furniture (and it is minimal and absolutely uncomfortable) and the renovations are from the 70s; the photos do not convey the reality. The service is excellent, there is nothing to complain about. The bathroom in the room looks more modern, but the room itself is terrible. Disappointment(((
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel was very good, just around the corner from a metro station, within easy walking distance from the Opera and transport from the airport, and good restaurants, bars and a small supermarket very close by. We had booked a Classic room which was on the top floor and along one side of the room, there were the eaves which made it very difficult to get around the bed, you could easily bang your head if you forgot to duck down and we did. There was only one small wardrobe and we struggled for space a little, the same in the bathroom with not enough shelf space for toiletries etc. The design of the units could have been planned better. We had booked a breakfast package in the deal, but when we arrived, they told us that only breakfast for one person had been booked as there was only one name on the booking. It does clearly say that breakfast for 2 persons each day was included and that was written on the printout that I showed them and on the booking confirmation online but I took their word for it and we had to pay again. I should have checked again more properly myself on the paper. So now we have the hassle of trying to claim this back from the hotel.
We chose this hotel mainly for the pool and spa facilities, which were very welcoming after lots of walking about in the day and located in the basement with a small gym room and the breakfast area which was well stocked with a good choice of foods.
The staff were always friendly and helpful, and you felt at ease but I felt that the price was a little too high for the standard of the hotel and room that we had.
JJaneLo007Facilities: All regular supplies are available, including bathing and shampooing supplies, towels, hair dryers, etc., which is fine. I bring my own toothbrush and toothpaste, which is environmentally friendly♻️ha.
Hygiene: clean, no dirt visible to the naked eye.
Environment: The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, small boutiques, and many Japanese restaurants. Great choice for shopping and dining.
Service: As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will be greeted warmly and very well.
Ttracy83cnThis time when I went to Paris, I happened to encounter the general strike since 1995, but the location of RAYZ is too superior. It is about 5 minutes walk from Vendome Square, and it is basically within 30 minutes of walking wherever I go. The interior design of the room is comfortable, and even parents praise the value for money
HHasjimThe location is very good. Very close to the metro station. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room size is okay, but the design is a little weird. There is no towel hanger by the shower. The shower door doesn’t close properly, either. The shampoo and the shower gel are not labeled properly and the packagings look cheap. The hotel cares about plastic waste so the bottle of water is made of glass, but the shampoo and the shower gel are still in some sort of plastic materials. Other negative points are water temperature not stable, small corridors and slow elevator.
AAsukasanI stayed at this hotel on a solo trip to Paris.
It was very convenient that there was an elevator.
It was also reassuring that there was staff at the front desk 24 hours a day.
Cleaning was done every day, and I thought it was very reasonable that amenities were included, which is rare in Paris.
The man at the front desk when I checked in was very charming and comforting. I felt that this hotel was more suited to friends and solo travelers than couples.
BBebalabaBreakfast has not been eaten, the location is OK, very close to many Chinese food, but there are a lot of sexy show nearby, it is not that it is not safe, security should be OK, facilities are very general, but this price is very good
