Very great location walking distance to opera area. I’ve read the review and was worried a lot, luckily the staff greeted me was nice and friendly. But the single room facility is very outdated. My window facing directly to next building office so it is very awkward eye to eye to strangers. Sound proof is poor also the hotel is fully booked but the elevator 🛗 only can host 1-2ppl per time
Reception staff are rude and impatient. They exhibited lack of professionalism and engaged in an altercation with me when I tried to ask questions about extending my stay by a couple more days. They actually told me to go somewhere else. They claimed that my card did not work for enable a preauthorization and that I had paid a low rate. When I suggested to swipe or give them cash, the lady receptionist did not want to do it. She kept saying we could try later. When the male receptionist came on the shift later in the day, he said I needed to pay cash and that they were fully booked and could not give me two more days before my departure as my schedule had changed. Even if they think they are fully booked, it is only because of the location and that people need somewhere to stay. Nothing professional in their conduct. I was booked for only one more extra night instead of the two that I had requested for the 17th of July. How unfortunate that I had to stand up for myself as they tried to make me feel unwelcome for them to even consider giving me an extra night upon my return from Italy. They need to calm down.
I stayed at this hotel on a solo trip to Paris.
It was very convenient that there was an elevator.
It was also reassuring that there was staff at the front desk 24 hours a day.
Cleaning was done every day, and I thought it was very reasonable that amenities were included, which is rare in Paris.
The man at the front desk when I checked in was very charming and comforting. I felt that this hotel was more suited to friends and solo travelers than couples.

It is about a minute walk from the Opera 5. It's located one from the main street, so you may get lost at first, but if you get used to it, it's okay.
The hotel staff are friendly and will help you if you need it. They were very nice people. Amenity is the feeling that there is only a toothbrush. It feels like there is a minimum in the room, so if you need it, it's more comfortable to prepare it yourself. Paper cups, forks, chopsticks. The location was good and the staff were kind and I wanted to stay again. ✨
Hotel in a strategic position. Considering the area it has a good quality/price ratio. Very friendly reception staff (David in particular). It is my first search option when I have to stay in this area of Paris and I don't have particular needs for services. The rooms are clean and the sheets, pillows and duvets are of good quality and comfortable. In my opinion, the bathroom should be renovated because the old tub is bulky in such a small space as the one available in the bathroom.
If the hair dryer blows for a long time, it will stop working. It takes a period of rest to continue working. It is about 1 minute to stop for 3 minutes. . I didn't blow dry my hair for a long time that night. . . .
But the surrounding environment is quite safe and easy to find, the service is also good, the sanitation is good, only facilities. . . It's the hair dryer. . .
I liked everything. The hotel is in a very convenient location, all the main attractions are nearby. The staff is nice, they helped quickly with check-in, we will definitely come back!
A beautiful hotel, I recommend! Stopped 2 times. Permanently left luggage for storage without extra payment, left tips when leaving. You can pay for breakfast separately and will be cheaper than a cafe. Excellent location-2 district-centre. Before the opera 5 minutes, to the Louvre too near. Just 5 minutes to the metro. Nearby is a beautiful cafe near the metro, very popular among the locals.
The location is very good. Very close to the metro station. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room size is okay, but the design is a little weird. There is no towel hanger by the shower. The shower door doesn’t close properly, either. The shampoo and the shower gel are not labeled properly and the packagings look cheap. The hotel cares about plastic waste so the bottle of water is made of glass, but the shampoo and the shower gel are still in some sort of plastic materials. Other negative points are water temperature not stable, small corridors and slow elevator.

Amazing
KKUNNext to Concorde Square, shopping is very convenient.
We arrived in Paris in the early morning. The hotel is good, check in early for us. The downside is that the hotel is a bit old and the rooms are a bit small. Adding 2,500 yuan per night to upgrade to the suite is much more comfortable and the view is good.
Capitalist countries really have a penny for a dollar.
Breakfast choices are not too small and are suitable for Orientals.
CCiqingdaHygiene: Very good, nothing wrong.
Environment: There is a balcony, but no view.
Service: So-so, there is only one person in the restaurant and the front desk, it feels understaffed. The quality of food and beverage is OK.
Facilities: The decoration style is not bad, the shower water pressure is good. But the room is still very small, and the aisles on both sides of the bed take up a lot of space, so the luggage can't be placed, so the two luggages are barely put down at the end of the bed. The lighting control is also a bit messy. Note that there is no bedside table, and the room type I was assigned does not have a table and chair in the bedside area, which is different from the reference picture.
AAnonymous UserConveniently located. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is equipped with electric kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, mini fridge, dishwasher & washing machine. Forgot to take pics of the apartment :-( Breakfast is available at EUR18/pax. Cleaning services is not available for short stays ie less than a week. You’ll have to clear the trash during your stay. Staff are all very friendly and nice. Highly recommended for families. It’ll remain as our preferred choice if we visit Paris again.
HHelenThe location of this hotel was very good, just around the corner from a metro station, within easy walking distance from the Opera and transport from the airport, and good restaurants, bars and a small supermarket very close by. We had booked a Classic room which was on the top floor and along one side of the room, there were the eaves which made it very difficult to get around the bed, you could easily bang your head if you forgot to duck down and we did. There was only one small wardrobe and we struggled for space a little, the same in the bathroom with not enough shelf space for toiletries etc. The design of the units could have been planned better. We had booked a breakfast package in the deal, but when we arrived, they told us that only breakfast for one person had been booked as there was only one name on the booking. It does clearly say that breakfast for 2 persons each day was included and that was written on the printout that I showed them and on the booking confirmation online but I took their word for it and we had to pay again. I should have checked again more properly myself on the paper. So now we have the hassle of trying to claim this back from the hotel.
We chose this hotel mainly for the pool and spa facilities, which were very welcoming after lots of walking about in the day and located in the basement with a small gym room and the breakfast area which was well stocked with a good choice of foods.
The staff were always friendly and helpful, and you felt at ease but I felt that the price was a little too high for the standard of the hotel and room that we had.
GGuest UserThe room is small but clean, and the breakfast is rich and much better than many Mercure hotels in China.
What's more valuable is that the Louvre is within walking distance, and the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, mostly Chinese, Japanese and Korean... It's a very safe area, and it's quiet at night; the price is also very nice!
It's really good👍
GGuest UserIt's OK, in general. The hotel is in a prime location, and it's very convenient to go to many places in Paris, but the hotel's facilities are a bit old, not very new.
JJaneLo007Facilities: All regular supplies are available, including bathing and shampooing supplies, towels, hair dryers, etc., which is fine. I bring my own toothbrush and toothpaste, which is environmentally friendly♻️ha.
Hygiene: clean, no dirt visible to the naked eye.
Environment: The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, small boutiques, and many Japanese restaurants. Great choice for shopping and dining.
Service: As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will be greeted warmly and very well.
BBebalabaBreakfast has not been eaten, the location is OK, very close to many Chinese food, but there are a lot of sexy show nearby, it is not that it is not safe, security should be OK, facilities are very general, but this price is very good
