Location: if you need a hotel not far from Gare du NOrd but do not want to be located there, gare de l'est is the second best option (only 10 minutes walk). For business travel, it does the tricks perfectly. Also, what a view from this room (see pictures of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur).
Cleanliness: while the hotel rooms are getting a bit old and you can see it, cleanliness was perfect.
Service: good, nothing much to share. Smiling greeting, quick check out.
Facilities: bit minimalistic, but the desk to work on was perfect and provided really a lot of space. Again, for business travel it is a game changer.
The only problem is the location.
Although it is conveniently located near the Eurostar station and bus stops, the security was not very good, especially in the mornings and evenings.
However, all the staff I met were really kind, and I felt safe when I returned to the hotel. And it was okay to ask about anything. They were happy to help.
The bed in the room was small, but the ceiling was high, giving it an open and clean feeling. The towels were not replaced, but it might be worth asking about this too?
Super location, very close to many restaurants and walking distance from le Marais and Opera. Room very pleasant and super clean. Very good bed. Very quiet hotel. We had breakfast every morning, very good choice and viennoiserie were very tasty. Receptionist very mice and very helpful. Overall very good stay, we will come back :)

A good choice for business trips, the location is not bad, not far from the subway station, but the surrounding buildings are a bit old, and if you are in the alley, it is easy to smell urine. But compared with the price in Paris, it is already a very high cost performance.
Everything is great in general. It is clearer than I expected. The staff is nice, the location is great, close to Metro and a lot of nice restaurants around.
The only thing that I’m not happy is how they keep the clients’ luggages. They don’t use the luggage tag system, they keep all the luggages in a room that only be able to open by the staff. Which means there’s a bug that different clients can reach out to your luggages if they want, and the strangers on the street can get into the room as well when they ask for it, as the staff can’t memorize all the clients.
I have question about it, their feedback is that they have CCTV in the room, it is safe.
I want to point out that, CCTV doesn’t prevent people stealing in this case, we are all travelers, if someone stole my stuff, I would still need to fly out, nothing much I can do.
The hotel should do something about this for safety matters.
Our luggages was fine, but the arrangement can be improved.
We chose this hotel for its excellent location and spacious rooms, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel offers great connectivity for attending trade shows, and interesting neighborhoods like Marais and Canal Saint Martin are just a 15-minute walk away.
The uniquely decorated room had a cozy atmosphere, though the open bathroom layout might be inconvenient for those seeking privacy. I requested a kettle for boiling water and slippers, which were provided promptly.
A charming feature is the collection of humorous messages designed as a mini book to hang when leaving your room. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel also has the renowned restaurant Neni, which we loved from our time in Vienna.
We initially faced an issue with being charged double for taxes, but after communicating with the manager, we received a refund. The hotel has a good feedback system, allowing you to reach out to the GM if you're not satisfied. While the prices are slightly above average, the positive aspects of our stay made it enjoyable overall.
Stayed here in May 2025. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Gare du Nord, which made it super convenient for train travel.
The room was small but clean and well-equipped—with a comfy bed, kettle, tea, water, and a safe. Bathroom was modern, with good water pressure and a strong hairdryer. Our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was very quiet.
Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Check-in was fast and smooth. We didn’t try the breakfast but the dining area looked nice.
Lots of shops and food options nearby, and metro access is excellent for getting around Paris.
Overall, a great value stay if you want somewhere clean, quiet, and convenient.
The hotel is a certain distance from the subway station, and taking a taxi is also very convenient. However, the hotel service is very attentive. There is refreshment service from 3 to 6 pm every day, so that guests can have a place to kill time. There is also a welcome drink during check-in. Regarding these benefits, the lady at the front desk will inform guests thoughtfully when checking in. The hotel's breakfast is average, with neither variety nor quality outstanding. The layout of the hotel room is reasonable and it feels good.
Room Okay, Service Needs Improvement.
The location is good, and the room itself is decent. The bedroom is a bit small, but the bathroom is quite spacious, so the overall size might be larger than many other rooms in Paris. However, the water pressure was inconsistent, with the hot and cold water switching unpredictably, which was frustrating.
The service was a mixed bag. When we checked in around 10 PM, the night staff was excellent—polite, thoughtful, and accommodating despite the hotel being fully booked the next day. However, the daytime receptionist was quite the opposite. I asked about the room reservation policy, and her attitude came across as impatient and dismissive, almost like I was bothering her. While I understand cultural differences and that communication in English can sometimes feel blunt, her demeanor was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
It got worse when they informed me a room was available but at a higher price. Instead of politely explaining, the receptionist called out to me loudly (I was sitting near the lift) in a tone that felt curt and cold. At this point, I decided it wasn’t worth it.
I switched to another hotel nearby with the same room rate. The difference was night and day: better location, nicer room, and impeccable service. Even though I had to pay a hefty penalty to cancel my remaining reservations at this hotel, it was worth it to avoid such poor service.
When I went back to collect my luggage after switching hotels, they didn’t even acknowledge me or attempt any communication. Despite this, I still said “thank you,” but they completely ignored me. At this point, I was relieved I had made the decision to move.
For the price they charge, the service and experience here simply don’t measure up. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Location is amazing. Just across the road from Gare du Nord. Crowded area, might not appear safe to some travelers, as there are many people and peddlers loitering. Hôtel assured us it’s safe, security and police patrolling all the time. No incidents throughout our stay. Hotel lift is a little small and slow, but no big deal. Clean & comfortable rooms. Small & cute balcony. Shower gel, shampoo, coffee machine, bathroom in room. Good choice if you don’t might how busy it gets outside. Sound proofing is good enough. Hotel WiFi is good. Room WiFi for tv casting is good.

AAdrian***Location is good, in between 2 train stations. Going around Paris is easy with easy accessibility to metro, RER and buses. Hotel room is spacious and clean. However, lack of a few amenities like a refrigerator and electric kettle. Staffs were friendly who would greet you every morning whether it was housekeeping, cafe staff or reception.
RrarakatSuper beautiful boutique hotel! The staff that checked me in (Simon was his name, I think) was very warm and welcoming. I was lucky to get a top floor room, lovely designed and with full amenities. The room was big for Paris standards, comfy and location was convenient.
Staff here are very nice, fluent in english and many other languages im sure but most importantly genuine! Will come back over and over. Thank you 😊
JJINGBreakfast is a bit of a single test, the variety is quite a lot, but the waiting time is at least 10 minutes, the room is very small, unless the suite is set, it is estimated to be 13 square meters, the window is the canal, the scenery is good, the hotel does not talk On the service, there is no parking lot, no entertainment facilities, a total of 12 rooms. However, the traffic is convenient and the surrounding is lively.
CCheowExcellent customer service, friendly staff. Wonderful location. Beautiful and comfortable room!
A pity that elevator wasn't working between ground level and 1st floor. Carrying luggages up a small spiral staircase was tough.
心心疼小区里的流浪咪子The hotel location is very good, very close to the Paris East Station, the room is very clean, I thought it would be a little messy near the train station, but the hotel is very safe, the black lady at the front desk is very warm
SSherryWyyFor colleagues to book, the location is better, very convenient, every time you go to live in this hotel, close to the customer company, shopping around is very convenient, breakfast is not bad
YYUCHUNIt is far from the subway station, breakfast is too simple, the road outside the hotel is stone road, so it is not suitable to pull a suitcase to walk over, very strenuous. There are many Chinese restaurants around the hotel. The towels are old and the kettle is not clean. After getting in the elevator, you need to enter a door and go to your room. The door to the room was difficult to close, and I didn't know why. The keys are old fashioned. Not a Samsung Hotel overall.
GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, close to subway stations, buses, shops, and restaurants. Everyone at reception was very friendly, even though they didn't speak Spanish, they made themselves understood very well. After checkout, they stored my bags until the afternoon/evening when I picked them up, hassle-free and free of charge. It's a simple hotel; the room is small, but for a night's sleep, it's fine. The price-performance ratio, and in a Parisian area not too far away, is very good.
GGuest UserThe staffs r friendly, but it’s a dangerous district for real. Abt the guest, some of them are tourists but some of them are loco people maybe for a short rental, so the vibe there was not that safe. There’s no lift but there’s a storage room for guests to put their luggage on the B1/F.
