Paris 13th arrondissement-Gobelins Hotels

Good serviced appartment, well equiped, quite affordable considering the location. Ideal location: mall nearby, plenty of food options, subway lines right outside. Staff is a hit & miss, sometimes extremely helpful, sometimes not really. Hot water was faulty a couple times and we had to wait the next day for shower/bath: not great with kids. For some reason it takes a lot of arguing to get bedsheets for baby cribs, as if people usually travel with theirs...because...reasons. Will definitely use again as overall it is a great combo.

Very disappointed..no toileteries..no electric kettle we cannot boil water no mini fridge.cabinet door was only half even shower room glass door not full door.omg.only thing good is the location and the breakfast was okay.

The hotel is near the Place d'Italie in Paris, and is actually closer from Les Gobelins station. The room is very small, only about 8-9 square meters without the bathroom, and there is almost no place to open the suitcase, but the price is much lower than other nearby hotels. If you travel alone, you must choose single occupancy, otherwise you will have to pay a municipal tax. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and there are many Italian cafes and bakeries.

Conveniently located on the street next door to the police station subway station, the intersection of Lines 6 and 7, north to the opera house, west to the Eiffel Tower one way away, however the west to railway only opens on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the rest of the days Not open, nearby bakery (3-12 euros) with coffee (4-7 euros or so), McDonald's (10 euros or so which one is the same), KFC, There are restaurants around the roundabout (a package of about 100 euros is more expensive), there are cheaper oysters (about 12-20 euros a set), the restaurant in the picture below is on the south side of the roundabout beer about 9 euros, breakfast steak and fries about 18 euros . Hotel people enthusiasm 3 stars, cleaning staff clean hands and feet, with wardrobe safe with locks. Good value for money.

This place looked a little different from the pictures, but all in all, the place wasn’t too bed. Only thing I can complain is that the floors in the room are quite cold due to the weather. Place is sparkling clean, spacious, near to the metro station

The first day the room size is very small 10sq meter. Which I never see anywhere in the world And the price is toooo high. 3rd day got other room it was 16sq meter. Still we can’t compare the room like Middle East or india. Allseason Ayurveda Resort at kerala, south india. 5 times less price and 5 times double the room size. But loved the place Paris enjoyed. Who ever booking the room. Very friendly staff

The hotel is quite good, the personal helped us a lot during our stay. The only thing is breakfast. It doesn't match the hotel at all and it's terrible
