I stayed in the peninsula hotel for three nights during my trip in Paris, it was a wonderful time and and it’s worth to stay and off course it is very peninsula. the restaurant call Lili tastes so good,thanks for their team work especially Tien who work on several issues that I was concerned about during my stay, let me feel that it was not only a five star hotel but his attitude and find the solution making you feel home away from home. One regret is the rooftop closed during my stay but hopefully will reopen soon for the guests soon. .

We booked a total of three nights. It was originally booked by a friend, but when we arrived, they said the order was cancelled. I don't know if it was because I booked it at the front desk. Ctrip sent me the order confirmation number, but the hotel said they didn't receive it and wouldn't process it. Later, I contacted Ctrip customer service to resolve the issue. The service is not comparable to that in China! The first night was a night of tossing and turning because of the bathroom leak. Later, I asked Ctrip customer service to coordinate a room change. The bathroom door in the room squeaked. Because we were all outside, we didn't change (mainly because of the language barrier.) The only advantage is the good location, which is convenient to go anywhere!

This is the hotel we will stay at again next time! Unbeatable location, five-star service! Parisians who are too warm. . .

Pros of being behind Porta Caesar on New Year’s Eve: If you are like us, you are afraid of crowd riots and like to watch the spectacular fireworks from a distance👍🏻 It’s very quick to walk to the business district and Champs Elysees nearby🤍 The service is really gentle and friendly If you have any questions or needs, feel free to ask the front desk! But they don’t have the international adopter tho. There’s a supermarket downtown the street which they sell. A little walk around the hotel will also see the 🗼

The service is good and the room facilities are pretty good. There are complimentary wine and snacks. Emma, ​​a Chinese staff member in charge of the Asian region, is very nice, very warm and attentive. The breakfast is average. The garden of the hotel's French food can see the Eiffel Tower. The garden is very beautiful.

The service was OK. I informed the senior management when booking and was given the 5th floor. The only drawback was that as a Hilton Gold card holder, there was no welcome fruit or greeting card, no room upgrade, and no bottled mineral water in the room. I had to go downstairs to get water.

The room is located in a quiet and safe area of ​​Paris, with a kitchen and convenient transportation.

The hotel was centrally located in center of Paris. Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe were in walking distance and you could finish most of the city monuments while staying here. We reached hotel late at night and the staff greeted us with a smile and upgraded us to a huge 2BR apartment. There was lift for going upstairs and you can easily store your luggage after checkout while traveling. Loved the service and stay! Only complaint was the breakfast, it could be more variety.

The location is excellent, the facilities are new, the service is warm, the room is a bit small and there is a small refrigerator. But the bedding is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and exquisite. Living here is convenient and comfortable.
