The family room was incredibly spacious, even the bathroom was huge, which was a pleasant surprise because hotel rooms in Zurich, Lucerne, and Interlaken tend to be quite small. The hotel's location is very close to the train station, which is large with many exits. The exit closest to the hotel is just a three to four-minute walk away, though on my first visit, I got a bit lost and took a roundabout route. It's a good idea to ask the hotel staff for the best directions in advance. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The downside is that the mattress on the sofa bed was too soft after it was unfolded. It's fine for one night, but sleeping on it for longer would definitely cause back pain. This hotel is suitable for those staying one night while exploring Bern.

I stayed one night here on my way from Paris to Interlaken. I booked it at the last minute, so I didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be the best place to stay on my trip! First of all, everything was spotless, and there was nothing lacking. The room amenities were sufficient, and they even provided a water bottle, backpack, and umbrella for use during my stay. Breakfast was included free of charge, and there were about four kinds of cheese. It's close to Bern station, the area is safe, and all the reception staff were friendly and helpful, making for a very comfortable stay. If I ever come back to Bern, I will definitely choose this place again!

Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. Promised to write a review for the boss, I hope he can understand Chinese.

I stayed here while attending a summer school at the University of Bern and found it to be a very good location, a nice walk through the city to get to the university, and right next to the river not far from an area where you can keep a towel then walk up river to jump in for a swim. The hostel breakfast was quite good and the mattress was very comfortable so that I slept quite well while here. My roommates were also academics here for a conference, so good roommates. The only complaint is that there were a lot of school groups or something, so lots of noisy, squeaky tweens running around.

The view from the room was excellent and exactly as shown in the advertisement, which was a pleasant surprise. The surroundings are quiet despite the central location, making it a good place to relax after a day out. A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.
