MM304639****Facilities: The whole house is smart home, which is very convenient, and the smart toilet is also very comfortable. Service: The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The meat buns, millet porridge, and yogurt pancakes were all incredibly tasty. You can also order à la carte for lunch and dinner; I tried the blood sausage, milk tea, and cold oat noodles, and they were all excellent. In short, if you're visiting a volcano, I highly recommend considering this guesthouse! 🫡

GGuest UserI can’t recommend Stars Pasture (Xingchen Muju) enough. It truly exceeded all our expectations. We took our family to Huitengxile Grassland, and even before we arrived, we felt the owner’s kindness. He personally came out to help with our luggage and asked about our breakfast preferences for the next day. During our chat, he also shared great tips on nearby activities, which made planning much easier. The deluxe room we booked was much more spacious than we expected, with endless grassland right outside the door. Watching horses and cattle graze in front of our window was amazing. The room was very well equipped. The hairdryer worked well, hot water was plentiful, and they even provided disposable towels, which made everything feel extra clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, and at night, we could see the beautiful starry sky right from the window. The food was absolutely amazing. The lamb tripe soup in the morning was rich, flavorful, and incredibly comforting. I ended up having several bowls! For dinner, we ordered roasted lamb chops and other local specialties, and everything was delicious. My whole family loved it. You definitely don’t have to worry about food here; the quality is excellent. Plus, the Huanghuagou Scenic Area and other attractions are very close by, so there’s plenty to explore. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The place is clean, the food is fantastic, and most importantly, the owner’s genuine hospitality made us feel at home. We’re very grateful for how well he took care of us during our visit, and we would come back again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the grassland! 这家“星辰牧居”真的给了我太多惊喜，必须狠狠夸一下！这次带家人来辉腾锡勒草原，从还没进门就感受到了老板的细心周到。老板不仅主动来帮忙搬行李，还很贴心地问了我们第二天的早餐喜好，聊天的过程中还给我们推荐了附近好玩的项目，处处都安排得很妥当。我选的精品大床房，出乎意料地大，门口就是一望无际的大草原。放眼望去能看到成群的牛马悠闲地吃草。设施设备齐全，吹风机风量足，热水出水很快，不会出现排队等洗澡的情况。用的还是一次性浴巾和毛巾，干净卫生特别放心。床品软乎乎的，晚上躺在暖暖的被窝里，还能看到漫天璀璨的星空，这种体验太惬意了。再说说这家的美食，我印象最深的就是早上的羊杂汤，鲜香暖胃，我一口气炫了好几碗。晚餐我们点了烤羊排、手把肉等特色菜，色香味俱全，家人们都赞不绝口。顺便提一句，来这儿玩完全不用担心没好东西吃，餐厅出品水准超级在线。周围还有很多游玩的地方，很近黄花沟景区。总的来说，这次住宿我们全家都非常满意，酒店设施整洁、人好、食物好，老板的用心经营更是让我们感受到了家一般的温暖，下次有机会一定还会再来！真诚推荐给每一位来草原游玩的朋友们，选这儿准没错！

GGuest UserIm impressed by Atour group of hotels. This one located in Ulanqab didnt disappoint either. Its amentities, decor, cleanliness, service, bed, pillow and facilities are all top notch for a fraction of the price. It really puts Western hotel brands to shame. Almost anything that you could think of, Atour hotel has probably though of it already. They even provide alcohol wipes for sanitary purposes. There is even free self service laundry. Do yourself a favour, when you travel in China, skip the big western hotels and give Atour a go. You will be so spoilt that you wished other hotels has such service and amenities. Im only saying this because i booked Atour hotels by chance a few years back and now that I am back traveling in China, they are even better than before. Its also nearby the high speed rail station, so its convenient as well.

AAnonymous UserFirst off, the location is truly excellent, a unique advantage. There's a hot spring hotel right next door where you can enjoy a soak. However, the overall management and service facilities are severely lacking! Let's start with the hygiene: urine stains on the toilet seat, hair everywhere you look, and debris falling from the ceiling when you turn on the 'starry sky' light – I honestly don't know what to say. Then there's the service; it feels like there's barely any service at all. For example, regarding the hot spring tickets included in the package, shouldn't you remind guests beforehand to bring their own swimsuits? (Mine cost over 300 yuan!) And for the volcano tickets, shouldn't you confirm guest information and redeem them in advance? (When I was ready to leave and went to the front desk for the tickets, they told me to buy them on the spot, then I had to provide my ID again and go to another ticket office to exchange them. This whole process took a good half hour!) I can accept your high prices, but at the very least, your service and hygiene should match. I hope you see this review and make improvements. Don't disappoint customers who've traveled so far to get here!

The owner was incredibly kind. We couldn't find the hotel at first, but he came down to pick us up, which was very touching. 3. We were from out of town, so we asked the owner about local specialties, and he enthusiastically recommended local delicacies. 4. The room provided disposable bath towels and hand towels, which were very hygienic. They also included disposable toilet seats and bath towels, which was a really thoughtful touch. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Ulanqab again.

GGuest UserVery good! Although this solo trip to Ulanqab was not carefully planned, the food, accommodation, scenery, etc. were just right. Staying at Yaju B&B was beyond my expectations! The room faces the yard with a glass wall. The room is very cozy. The log furniture and warm lighting make people feel relaxed as soon as they enter the door. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and there is plenty of hot water, so you can fall asleep peacefully in peace. The front desk also thoughtfully prepared a local specialty breakfast, and the handmade rice cakes and freshly ground soy milk are amazing! It is a 5-minute walk to the volcanic scenic area, which is highly recommended to friends who want to experience a slow life.

Upon entering the room, I saw a long hair on the tea table, and there was a handwritten label on the bath towel – a bit odd. Service: The staff's service attitude was okay, but they were a bit overwhelmed with customers, and check-in was a bit slow. Facilities: I briefly set up the air conditioning for heating, but it wouldn't turn on; I'm not sure if it was a settings issue. The room phone wasn't connected; I had to find the number online to contact the front desk. There was no welcome gift upon departure, but they gave me one when I asked if I could take the toiletries kit. Overall, my experience at this Ji Hotel was just average; the details weren't great. I chose this hotel because of its location and the free admission ticket.

AAnonymous UserThe yurt-type B&B we stayed in did not have air conditioning, so we relied on the hot kang for heating at night. In a place like Ulanqab, it was too cold at night to take a shower. When we woke up in the morning, there was suddenly no water. It was said that the water supply system was broken. It was repaired, but we had other itineraries and couldn't wait for repairs. In the end, we had to spend money to buy mineral water to wash up. It was a very embarrassing accommodation experience.

GGuest UserThis campsite must be reviewed highly, it is so good. Facilities: It has just been opened for a few days, and the facilities are very new. The bedding is very clean. The boss actually uses mattresses in the campsite. It is so surprising, especially the quilt is super comfortable and warm. Hygiene: I am a person who cares very much about housing conditions, especially bathrooms and shower rooms. I didn’t want to take a shower in a public shower room, so I went to visit it first. After the visit, I was surprised that it was very clean, so I took a quick shower before going to bed. Take a hot bath to relieve the fatigue of the day. Here comes the key point: the service is great! The service is great! The service is great! Say important things three times. The boss and all employees are very approachable, speak politely, and communicate like friends. Especially the little beauty Rong Rong, who is beautiful, kind-hearted, super cute and polite. Generally speaking, the most amazing thing about this trip to Ulanqab is not the scenic spots, but this camping trip. As a first-time camping person, I fell in love with it every minute. It gave me this kind of experience in a fast-paced city. People who are busy at work can relax like never before. Thumbs up👍👍👍

VVSTA wonderful and memorable experience in the grassland especially when the hosts are ever so friendly, helpful, and so hospitable. With their warm welcome and kind hospitality we felt like home. They upgraded our room for free so that we could experience staying inside a yurt. We are extremely touched by their generosity, too. We had a bonfire night too and enjoyed the fireworks on the Saturday night. The restaurant in this resort serves well-cooked, sumptuous meals at a reasonable price, considering that they are some 42km away from the nearest town, ZhuoZi Shan. Highly recommended to stay here as the environment is comfortable and peaceful. Although the water is not good for drinking, there are bottled drinks / water available at the grocery shops. Hair dryer, shampoo, soap are all provided too.
