Let's start with the hygiene: urine stains on the toilet seat, hair everywhere you look, and debris falling from the ceiling when you turn on the 'starry sky' light – I honestly don't know what to say. Then there's the service; it feels like there's barely any service at all. For example, regarding the hot spring tickets included in the package, shouldn't you remind guests beforehand to bring their own swimsuits? (Mine cost over 300 yuan!) And for the volcano tickets, shouldn't you confirm guest information and redeem them in advance? (When I was ready to leave and went to the front desk for the tickets, they told me to buy them on the spot, then I had to provide my ID again and go to another ticket office to exchange them. This whole process took a good half hour!) I can accept your high prices, but at the very least, your service and hygiene should match. I hope you see this review and make improvements. Don't disappoint customers who've traveled so far to get here!

Choosing Shan Yin Qi Zhu was absolutely the right decision for our family trip to Ulan Hada! The room was spacious and bright, plenty of room for my three-year-old to run and play. There's also an enclosed small courtyard where he immediately started playing freely, so we didn't have to constantly watch him. The owner even gave free fireworks to the kids, and my son played so much he didn't want to come back inside. The breakfast, with its buns and millet porridge, was light and perfect for my child's taste. The owner also gave us some homemade, additive-free milk candy, which my son clutched and ate the whole way. It’s only about a twenty-minute drive to the volcano, and the owner even recommended a less crowded, gentle slope route, which made climbing with a child totally manageable. Our whole family had a fantastic time, I highly recommend this place for families with kids!

The hotel's location is great, very close to the train station. They have a laundry room, a gym, and a small play area for kids. It's not huge, but you can play ping-pong there, which is fun! The lobby also has a piano you can play, which is a nice touch and good for passing the time. When we checked in, we were given two complimentary drinks and a bag of snacks. We munched on them, and they were really delicious! The room was clean, the bed was large, and the view from the window was lovely, with a distant tower visible. Too bad I didn't take any photos. The only issue I found was a slight smell in the shower area, possibly from the drain. When you flushed, it seemed to bring up an odor. But it's not a big deal; the room itself was still very good and clean. The downstairs restaurant was also tasty. Oh, and in the laundry room, there's a machine specifically for washing shoes! We'd been walking in the grasslands for days and our shoes were quite dirty. We thought about washing them but were worried they wouldn't dry in time, so we decided against it. We'll definitely try it next time we have the chance!

We upgraded to the Muyun Grassland Courtyard room, and the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. The stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were just as breathtaking as in the pictures. The bedding was very comfortable, and the automatic blackout curtains worked perfectly, ensuring a great night's sleep. From the guesthouse courtyard, you can directly see the volcano; the sunset was beautiful, and at night, you could gaze at a sky full of stars. The guesthouse is only a few hundred meters from the entrance of the Ulan Hada Volcano Scenic Area, a ten-minute walk or a one-minute drive, which was incredibly convenient. We ended up visiting the scenic area both the day before and the day after our one-night stay! The food in the restaurant was also delicious, with all dishes freshly stir-fried. The staff, both the young men and women, were exceptionally warm and attentive, anticipating our needs and offering great advice for visiting the volcano. Thanks to one of the staff's recommendations, we set out around 4 or 5 PM in June and witnessed the most beautiful Volcano No. 5 at sunset! I would honestly come back to Ulan Hada just to stay at this hotel again!

Advantages: 1. The guesthouse is quite beautiful, and there are many room types. The family room I chose was perfect for a family of four. 2. The rooftop terrace is absolutely gorgeous at sunset – a must-see! 3. It's very new, and the bathroom facilities are good. However, newness is also a drawback; our room had a strong odor. Overall, it's much better than those so-called camping tents nearby, and it's not expensive. Disadvantages: 1. There's almost no service. I didn't see anyone at the front desk from the moment I arrived. The owner sent me a WeChat message telling me to open the door myself with a password. Checking out was the same; I just left on my own. 2. Breakfast is quite late. We stayed at about six different places that day, and three of them were waiting for breakfast at the restaurant entrance. We waited for half an hour. Everyone knows you need to enter the volcano early to avoid the crowds. It would be great if the restaurant opened breakfast earlier. Tip: If you're driving to the volcano, you need to enter from the south and exit from the north. This restaurant is on the north side, meaning you need to drive to the south gate about half an hour early to avoid traffic.

民宿位置不錯，門口有停車位和充電樁，自駕十分方便。環境優美，能遠眺火山，院內的小花開得正是燦爛。房間內有獨立空調，如果能有一兩張椅子，那就更好。不過，服務意識尚待提升，可以主動一點。基本上自己不問，那工作人員是什麼都不會告訴你的，譬如說喂飼小羊，篝火晚會的時間，煙花的價格等。見上面打個招呼，點個頭之類的都沒有，感覺很疏離。價格應該包含下午茶，實際上沒有，不確定是哪一方的問題。早餐八點開始，但是菜品並不齊全，吃到一半才開始陸陸續續提供其他菜品。早餐下來，別說是飲品，一杯水都沒有。 總而言之，七百多的房價，只有基本住宿和早餐，價格明顯虛高，性價比低。要知道這個房價在市區內已經可以入住四星級酒店。

Even after washing and drying, you have to retrieve them yourself again. There's no one to collect laundry late at night, so I didn't use it. 2. The children's toothbrush and slippers listed on the product page were not provided. (I drove from the city center late at night to stay here because of these two points.) 3. Only two bottles of mineral water are free; others are chargeable. (I haven't stayed in a hotel with limited bottled water in the last two years.) 4. I don't know if it was just me or something else, but as soon as I turned on the air conditioner, the entire room was filled with secondhand smoke!!! Why?! (Also, I only discovered that booking through Douyin (TikTok) was cheaper than through Ctrip after I checked in.)

Manager Duan at the front desk was excellent, promptly addressing any needs we had. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, served beautifully in individual portions. It includes authentic Mongolian milk tea and shao mai, fresh fruit, and freshly made yogurt pancakes by Auntie Xin. The combination of hot springs and a modern hotel offers a perfect experience. It's an ideal choice for a trip to the Ulan Hada Volcanoes – definitely worth trying!
