MM15455****The room was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. It even had a professional oxygen concentrator, and I was pleasantly surprised to find high-quality Le Labo toiletries. The room faced Siguniang Mountain, and honestly, I felt like I could just stay in and enjoy the view.
What truly deserves a special mention is how wonderful everyone at the guesthouse was. The Matsutake hotpot they prepared was delicious (seriously, you *have* to try their homemade chili sauce!). The staff member was very kind; knowing we were suffering from altitude sickness, he offered us ibuprofen and glucose. Plus, when he found out we had previously stayed at another guesthouse, he proactively offered to pick up our luggage first so we could go straight to the attractions, which saved us a huge amount of time!
I hope this place continues to thrive and do well!

Our stay at Yue Shan Si Ji Yin Su was nothing short of delightful. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth — check-in was effortless, and the staff were always kind, cheerful, and ready to help with anything. Their sincerity truly made a difference.
The rooms were spotless, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at ease. The entire homestay feels peaceful, beautifully blending modern comfort with the quiet charm of the mountains.
Dinner was another highlight — their chicken and yak hotpot was rich, hearty, and perfect for the chilly evenings. The flavours were authentic and the price very fair — it felt like a comforting hug in a bowl after a cold day outdoors.
We left feeling refreshed and grateful — this place is a hidden gem where hospitality, warmth, and nature meet perfectly. 💛

NNM.KALocated about a 10 mins walk from the Changpinggou entrance. If your bus drops you off in front of the entrance, do not take the hills on the left. Just go straight for about 500 meters, and you will arrive.
As a Muslim traveller, the nearest halal restaurant is a bit far, about a 30 mins walk. However, the hotel serves breakfast starting from ¥20 and you can request to suit your dietary needs.
To reach Shuangqiaogou, you will need to take a yellow minibus, which costs ¥15 one way. Make sure to carry some extra cash in case the driver’s WeChat Pay does not accept foreign card transactions, just like mine did.
The room was the best I’ve ever had during my stay in Sichuan, very comfortable with heated floors. The atmosphere and surroundings were breezy and peaceful. I honestly have no complaints at all! I totally loved this hotel!
The owner went the extra mile by picking me up from the Changpinggou entrance when I lost my way. Hats off! Also, special thanks to the two girls who helped me catch my bus back to Chengdu on my last day. All the staff were super friendly and I felt very welcomed and at home.
It truly feels like home here. Highly recommended for all solo female travellers. If I ever return to this area, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

GGuest UserFirst and foremost, the location is superb, especially for my room type, as the balcony offered direct, stunning views of Mount Siguniang. However, be aware that the access road has a narrow stretch where local drivers tend to speed; we even had a close call. Parking at the guesthouse entrance can also be challenging for new drivers due to a steep slope. The room itself is on the smaller side but perfectly adequate for two people. It's worth noting that the in-room oxygen machine is a paid service, activated by scanning a QR code, and reportedly costs 68 yuan per hour. One minor point: the glass partition between the room and the balcony was a bit dirty. A good clean would greatly improve the view for photos. On a positive note, the guesthouse owner is incredibly kind and helpful! I accidentally left an item behind, and they went out of their way to find it and ship it to me via SF Express. Plus, the guesthouse dog is absolutely adorable and playful!

TTeng168The hotel is very new. The rooms have floor heating, an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, and even warm air in the bathroom – so thoughtful! The bed was also very comfortable, and I slept great at night.
The staff were very friendly and could help arrange transportation to Shuangqiao Valley and Chengdu. Breakfast was provided daily; although the dishes didn't change much, they were delicious, and the coffee was good.
A fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

SSampeakThe boss is very enthusiastic. Both rooms are great. The room design is great. Especially the cooking skills of the sister are great. We are very satisfied with the two meals she made for us. They are clean and sanitary, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is great! I just hope that the French windows will be cleaned in time after the rain. The mountain view will be better when the curtains are opened👍👍👍

GGuest UserOur stay in this hotel was amazing! The room is comfortable and clean. You have to walk uphill to get to the hotel which can be a bit hard with a large backpack but it's fine. It is very close to the ticket office and entrance of Changpinggou (5mins), and around 10 mins from Haizi Valley entrance which is the one we did. The staff is very warm and welcoming, they helped us book the van back to Chengdu. Is right next to the main road where restaurants and c-stores are located. Totally recommend!

MM385846****It's amazing to find such a great hotel nestled in these mountains! The location is easy to find, and they even guided us to parking and helped carry our luggage to the door since there's no elevator [tears of laughter emoji]. The room was clean and comfortable overall. The front desk staff were quick to check us in and provided excellent tips on local attractions and travel itineraries. They even offered oxygen tanks at night. This was by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Western Sichuan. Full marks! I'll definitely be back. The puppy was super cute too! 😂

MM10644****The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Siguniang Mountain Shuangqiao Valley Scenic Area, within walking distance, and you can park your car right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient. The staff are all very enthusiastic and helpful. The room is smart and clean. The mattress is just the right firmness, and the bedding is comfortable, so I had a great night's sleep. I'll be back next year to see the red leaves and will definitely choose this hotel again.

EEmilyflipI love staying here! Tu dou (potato) is the cutest golden retriever and the ladies here were all so hospitable! Would definitely stay here again in the future. Their hotpot and drinks were really nice too! Thank you for turning on the heater every time we eat at your restaurant!
