__M1382107****This was my favorite guesthouse of the trip. As soon as we arrived, the handsome owner and manager came out to help with our luggage. Even on a rainy day, the charming courtyard with its ever-changing scenery was a delightful surprise. We had originally booked a treehouse, but because my daughter said she wasn't comfortable there, the owner immediately upgraded us to the best room in the entire courtyard—a large room with a rooftop swing and stargazing. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the stars due to the weather. The courtyard has swings, pigs, quails, and more—perfect for children's leisure and entertainment, or even just looking at the lights. The breakfast was also amazing; I recommend the chicken soup, egg pancakes, and fresh milk… In short, if you have the time, it would be perfect to stay a few more days to relax, unwind, and contemplate… Before we left, the manager even gave us Xinjiang dates as a gift. Looking forward to staying here again!

GGuest UserA very satisfying accommodation experience! I checked out many hotels and B&Bs on Ctrip, and they all felt ordinary. Only Kuangye was eye-catching. My friends and I unanimously decided to choose this one. Unexpectedly, it lived up to the experience of coming out to play 🎉🎉 Before entering the door, just looking at the appearance makes people feel comfortable. As soon as I entered, a young lady greeted me. She was friendly and enthusiastic, and she took the initiative to help with the luggage. I manually gave a thumbs up 👍The courtyard design is also very special. If you come here in summer, the experience will be even better. There are many terraces or small arrangements where you can take photos and check in. It's super nice! The room is even more amazing, without any peculiar smell, with dry and wet areas separated, and details like hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, drinking water cups, etc. are all carefully selected and prepared by the owner, which is incomparable to ordinary hotels and B&Bs. The sheets and quilt covers are also white and clean, and it is very comfortable to sleep on! The point is that the meals here are all made by the boss's parents. There is no heavy oil or salt, and they all have a homely taste. I have to give a thumbs up manually 👍 I strongly recommend it to everyone, it is definitely worth a visit 🥳🥳🥳

AAnonymous UserWhen I booked the room, it said it had a view, but it actually looked out onto the parking lot? There were a lot of gimmicks, like zero-pressure mattresses. Isn't that standard hotel stuff? The room size was okay. When I got off the bus, I thought I'd gone to the wrong place. It looked like a row of houses, like a B&B... The laundry room only had two washers and two dryers. The hotel interior was described as a bit of a design stunt, but I felt a few nice details. But the price of over 1,000 yuan felt a bit inflated. The smart controls were Xiaodu for the curtains and TV, nothing else. The breakfast was similar to other Xinjiang hotels. The selection was simple: millet porridge, egg noodles, and a few stir-fries. It was convenient that there was a supermarket nearby, so I had Lanzhou beef noodles for a quick bite. Next time, I'll consider other chain hotels for this price, as they offer better value.

The mattress is super comfortable. I asked the boss for the brand and planned to buy the same one myself when I go home. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to pick us up and send us to Nalati Grassland. I can't say enough good things about it. Yes, yes, yes, the price is really great. When I entered the bathroom, I found a curly hair on the bathtub, and then I found another one on the toilet. I reported it to the front desk to clean it again, and then we went to take a hot spring bath. As a result, the two foreign objects were still there after we came back from the hot spring bath. I reported it again to the front desk and was told that the room had been cleaned again, which shows that their hygiene standards are there. Finally, the room was arranged to come again and take a hair remover to remove it. Breakfast: There are many varieties and the supplementary meals are also timely, but there are many people and you need to wait for a seat. Environment: In the river valley grassland, you can see sheep, horses, and streams on the hillside opposite the door, but there is construction around. Facilities: The sound insulation of the sewer pipe is not good. It may be that the upstairs is using water. The sound of water in our room on the first floor is very loud. Please be cautious if you have poor sleep and need to go to bed early. Others: The toiletries in the room were very useful, the outdoor hot spring was not open, mushrooms grew on the chairs in the indoor hot spring, and they were not cleaned. AAnonymous UserThe Xinjiang Cultural Tourism Narat Resort Hotel is ideally located, just a two-minute walk from the Narat Scenic Area Service Center. Located across the river from the scenic area, the hotel offers panoramic views of lush green mountains, snow-capped mountains, meadows, and pine trees, creating a truly picturesque experience. The room amenities were quite complete, and the breakfast was quite generous. However, the service was lacking: there was a lack of seamless coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. After check-in, the room wasn't cleaned, leaving the staff scrambling. Tourism in Narat is highly seasonal, and it felt like most of the staff were newly hired and hadn't received formal training. Instead of greeting each other, the staff ignored the greetings they'd received. We recommend that the hotel strengthen its management and improve its overall quality. The hotel also provided fruit on our check-in day, which we appreciated!

GGuest UserI would like to express my sincere thank you to the gentleman, an owner of this hotel who treated me with great help, hospitality, and service mind. He gave me a set of welcome snacks when I arrived, dropped, and picked up me after my finishing of Nalati sightseeing as well as taking me to the bus station for Xinyuan on the next day. What's the most impressive to me is that we waited for me to have breakfast before visiting Nalati. Of course, the room is very clean, fully equipped, and has a good location, just about 1 km away from the bus station and before the Nalati scenic area. I have no doubt his service mind, to highly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for accommodation in Nalati with a very good price and great service from him. Thanks again.

As a Trip.com member, I could have unlimited drinks, and the staff, especially Xiao Zhou, were all excellent. The location is superb, and the environment is beautiful. There was just one thing that left us confused. We decided to have one meal at the hotel restaurant, and as shown in the first picture, this small cold dish – which they called 'braised beef' – cost 118 RMB. We were quite surprised when it arrived and repeatedly confirmed with the staff, who insisted it was indeed the 118 RMB braised beef. We had no choice but to accept it. The next day, it even reappeared as a side dish on the breakfast buffet table, making for quite an expensive breakfast…

GGuest UserTo be honest my review is based on a basement room which was not ideal as the window was half way under the ground and easily people could see inside. Also the shower was terrible and once u showered the entire toilet area including part of the corridor got flooded as the drainage was blocked. It was not a good experience to be honest but I’m sure it is one of the better hotels in the area. Generally they need better hotels to be built in this area for tourist no doubt. Prices are also very high compared to other regions of Xinjiang.
