GGuest UserI reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. BbibrewdogI recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for.

DDavid L TexasThe room was clean and comfortable but I had few unpleasant experiences at this hotel. Firstly, there was a group party playing loud music on the same floor that I was staying and woke me up around 2AM. Also on the day of checkout, the computer system was down and they had me wait ~30 minutes to verify if I had taken breakfasts or dinner at the hotel restaurant. I told them my reservation included breakfasts and I had one dinner buffet and can pay cash for it. For some reasons they insisted on waiting for the system to come back but it was getting late for my flight. They can careless and was going through all guests paper receipts to no avail. Finally they want to charge me for 3 dinners but I said I only stayed for two nights & was ridiculous to charge me for 3 dinners. I got fed up and walked towards the uber driver that was waiting for me. One guy chased me down and told me to wait for their manager to show up. Long story short, I had never experienced anything like this, it was ridiculous to say the least.

ZZahra J KWe lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive.
Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating.
Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day.
Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth.
The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly.
The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained.
Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

MMiguel CL TsaiThe hotel service is very good, and the equipment is quite new. However, the elevator is slow to respond. Many times, I thought it had sensed the room card, but it ended up running to another floor. The food is good, but the lack of bacon is the only regret.
