Mesmerizing hotel! As soon as we stepped inside, we immediately felt so relaxed. Everything in this hotel contributes to giving it a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere, from the super friendly and accommodating staff to the slow-paced breakfast and the sea view from the bedroom.
This is a new hotel and the equipment is very modern and elegant (bathroom, toilet, walls) and the bedding is extremely comfortable, including super pajamas!
The breakfast is served at 7:30am or 8:30am with Japanese and Western options available. They also offer dinner options with a few hours' notice.
There is a bus stop nearby but it's definitely better to have a car as it seemed difficult to walk around and find beaches/restaurants, though that also makes the place very quiet and relaxing.
Excellent value for money, we browsed a lot of options and this might be the best one if you do not want to go for a resort-style hotel.

Sa_cinVery clean and well organised. The guest house is kept spotless and has all that you may need. From the rooms which are very well organised and each person has his unique space kind of like a small room to himself, to the temperature of the aircon, which too often is kept very low, whereas here it is kept cool but not freezing. The service is very good, there is always someone in reception from 7AM to 11PM and they are always ready to help. Toilets are super clean and well kept, and you are given 2 towels daily for you to use. Also, if you stay more than 5 nights, you get a new set of bedsheets to use (you have to change them on your own).
The kitchen is very well equipped and if you want to cook, they have all the necessary tools. Also, the common room is very well displayed, it is cosy and a nice space to socialize. An additional room to hang to dry wet clothes is outside of the back entry and can be very handy after a day at the seaside.
Overall, one of the best guesthouses I have been in during my trip in Japan.

Guest UserThe towel instructions in the main building were unclear. I spent a long time looking for towels, only to find out they were at the indoor pool. The breakfast was really lacking, much worse than the InterContinental I stayed at last time. The sea view room was nice, but the cleaning was just okay. Also, it's the first time I've encountered a hotel where the main building and new building pools aren't interchangeable, and this wasn't mentioned. It's also the first time I've seen a hotel require an additional 1000 JPY per person for facility usage upon check-in, which also wasn't stated on the booking page. Everything felt very strange.

huiyiCCompared to other hotels in Ishigaki, this one is genuinely clean, and I didn't encounter any mosquitoes or bugs (which I did at a previous stay near Kabira Bay). The location is excellent; it's convenient for driving anywhere. It only takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center for izakaya and late-night snacks. The facilities are quite good, with a large public bath, a private beach, and a spacious pool. If you're interested in booking local tours, they also have a counter to assist you.

Guest UserThe location is a 5-minute drive from Fusaki Beach, but since you can't use the beach for free and it's a bit far from the city center, it's just so-so.
Our room was a Forest Wing room with direct access to the pool, which was convenient as it made it easy to get to the pool and the breakfast restaurant was nearby. However, the problem is that the pool is too small and there is only one, so swimming for just an hour or two gets boring, making it impossible to enjoy swimming all day long.
Also, half of the rooms with direct access to the pool are located in front of the shallow toddler pool, making them not very useful for families with older children, such as elementary school students or older. If I had known in advance, I would have requested a room in front of the adult pool (which isn't very deep either) before check-in; it is a shame. Then, my child could have gone into the water to play alone while my husband and I watched from the room, and I was really disappointed that we couldn't do that.
The room was really spacious and fully equipped with a large refrigerator and a washing machine, making it very convenient for our 4-night stay. The fact that the bedroom is separated from the living room is also a huge advantage. I am 200% satisfied with the room. The problem is the breakfast; the variety is too limited, and the food hardly changed throughout the four-night stay, making the last day truly miserable. However, the food generally tastes good.
I recommend it if you plan to relax in your room and have little need to use the pool, but I do not recommend it if the pool and breakfast are important to you.

Fuku-chan, Nicole and 2 cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone.
The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car.
The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well.
The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures).
I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body.
We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga.
It is an inn that I want to visit again.

Guest UserThe experience was quite disappointing. The hotel receptionists were not helpful and friendly when we ask questions face to face and through phone call. The toilet is quite small. Surprisingly there is no room cleaning service if you stay less than 3 nights, not even clearing your trash bins. During our stay, we heard repeated announcements late in the night and they were all in Japanese. Only when we translated them by our phone we realised it was about the fire alarm. A lot of other hotel residents gathered in the lobby waiting for further instructions. We saw a staff sitting in the office but until the end of the day no one give any information nor explain anything. We ended up going back to our room after our own assessment.

It's a really nice place and comes fully equipped, including a washer with detergent and a spacious balcony for air drying clothes. The toiletries and amenities are also great, and even the toilet paper is good quality, not thin or flimsy.
You can occasionally hear sounds from the corridor, but they are brief and not very disruptive. There is no street noise, very quiet. However, if you book a second floor room, you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Free parking is available. The location is a short walk to the town area and public market, and about a seven minute walk to the bus stop.
Before check in, you need to call the property to get the door code, as there are usually no staff on site, you could do it via app so it is fre. This may be inconvenient for some guests. I recommend calling in advance, as they do not always pick up immediately.

I tried to go to GW, but it was full and changed to mid-May and stayed at Ku 々! This time it was an ocean view room, but it was a pity that the laundry room and smoking area were next to the end room.
Also, the addition of towels is paid, so if you improve it
No complaints about breakfast, access and service in general!
