Noor AlimRichmond Hotel Narita was an excellent choice for our overnight stay before an early morning flight.
A small tip for travellers with luggage: use the road route when walking to the hotel, as it's much easier. The pedestrian route involves taking an escalator down, followed by several flights of stairs, which can be inconvenient with heavy bags.
Check-in was swift and professional, and the staff made the process smooth and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable, with an incredibly comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and a spotless bathroom. Everything was well maintained, and we had a very restful night's sleep.
One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the complimentary airport shuttle service. The first shuttle departs at 6:10 a.m., which was perfect for our 8:20 a.m. flight from Narita Airport Terminal 1. The transfer was seamless and took away the stress of arranging early morning transportation.
Overall, I highly recommend Richmond Hotel Narita, especially for families of three or anyone catching an early flight. Comfortable rooms, excellent service, and the convenient airport shuttle make it a great place to stay.

Kucinta SetiaI am overjoyed to stay in the room where I can planes moving along the runway and taking off for the sky. Besides, toothpaste and toothbrush are now available in all rooms. Razor and face wash can be obtained before the reception. The Lawson convenience store next to the reception now provides photocopying and faxing services. Previously, the computer and printer were available in the hotel hall for Internet access and printing. I will stay here if necessary again if I stop over in Narita.

LijiarikaWe stayed here for one night specifically to visit the Shisui Premium Outlets. Although there's nothing much around except for a convenience store, the place is spacious and offers great value for money.
The service is mostly self-service, which was actually quite convenient. Coffee and hot tea are available 24/7. The convenience store has a huge variety of items and is also open 24 hours. For breakfast, you can choose between the buffet in the main building or the lighter meal options in the new annex.
The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, no reservation needed, and it's free – super convenient! 👍👍👍
It's a great hotel for a layover before departure or after arrival.

It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Narita Station.
It may be difficult to get around for people with lots of luggage using Narita Airport, or families with small children.
It's a great location right in front of Naritasan Mountain.
The inn's shop was under renovation, and the convenience store near the station that we were directed to was open until around 8pm, so we ended up not being able to buy what we needed, which was quite frustrating.
We were told that the hot springs were open 24 hours a day, but that there was a charge after check-out. I wish they had explained this clearly beforehand.
It has the feel of a good old-fashioned Japanese inn, and I would like to bring international friends who love Japanese culture here in the future.

Guest UserThis hotel is super convenient for getting around, being close to Narita Station. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store right across the street, which is great for grabbing anything you need. The room itself was a bit small, but it was spotless and well-maintained.

LeonThe location is super convenient, just around the corner from both Narita train stations. Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is a little over a kilometer down one road, which is a great spot, and there's delicious unagi (eel) rice nearby. The room isn't small and even has a bathtub.

I like the place. A house with a single car park. You need a car to drive there. Close to Narita airport. Suitable for family stay. You can go to nearest convenience shops, Aeon mall, Donki, temple attraction. Driving to central Tokyo takes 2 hours drive. You can rent this unit and drive to any park of Tokyo city.
