Had a wonderful stay at Antara Genting! The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, fresh, and spotless, and the overall environment felt very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well-organised from check-in to check-out. The facilities were great, and the beautiful surroundings made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing getaway in Genting. Would happily come back again! ❤️

The location was convenient, especially with easy access to the cable car and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Genting Highlands. 😊

I had a very satisfying experience staying at Swiss Garden Hotel Genting Highlands this time! The hotel environment is quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the air is fresh, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff's service attitude was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The overall facilities were well-maintained, and the environment felt very relaxing. The hotel's location is also very convenient. It's not too far to drive to Genting Highlands and Genting Premium Outlets, allowing you to enjoy the mountain attractions while avoiding the crowded masses. Parking is convenient, which is a big plus for self-driving travelers. Overall, both the quality of accommodation, the environment, and the service were satisfactory, offering good value for money. If I travel near Genting again in the future, I will choose to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Had a great 3D2N family stay at Antara Genting Highlands. We booked 3 bedroom suite and requested a higher floor with a nice view, which the hotel kindly arranged. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family, will definitely come back for our next visit. Location is convenient, around 15-20 minutes walk to SkyAvenue via the link bridge. Breakfast options are still quite limited. The biggest disappointment was the Jaccuzi, as the water was cold throughout our stay. We contacted the hotel and maintenance came to check, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved until the day we check out. The lifts were quite slow during check-out time. Overall, still a good stay for families, and hopefully the hotel can improve these areas.

Everything is ok, but the cleanliness needs to improve, your feet will become dusty after walking on the floor. You can see the attached photo, the toilet lid is broken, the fridge door was dented, and some drawing on the wall (maybe not drawing, but it is dirty). The amenities are all the same as advertised. Location is no problem, but you need to drive or take grab/taxi.

The room was quite spacious and clean. The soundproofing was excellent, and it even had a small balcony. However, the front desk service was a bit chaotic and not very friendly. I was informed I could check in at 11:30 AM, but at the front desk, I was told the room wouldn't be ready until 3 PM. I eventually got in at 1:30 PM. The breakfast location wasn't clearly communicated either; there was no one at the front desk to ask, and it felt strange to have to inquire at the hotel next door. Thankfully, the breakfast itself was pretty good overall. You need to wear sports shoes to use the gym, otherwise, you can't get in at all – not even just to look without working out. Also, it's unreasonable to have to pay to go to the rooftop for photos.

The facilities are complete, and it's within walking distance to convenience stores and some restaurants. It's also a 10-minute drive to the freshwater seafood restaurants in Gotong Jaya. It's a bit far from Genting Theme Park, but this trip was mainly about enjoying the cool weather and family time, which is why we chose to stay here. The elevators get crowded, so you need to check out early, otherwise, you'll be waiting for the elevator for over half an hour.

The suite was good and spacious. It has balcony and the facility around that area is quite good. The view also nice. There is a few cafe to choose from, and retail outlet like The News and KK Mart outlet. There are basic room item provided such as iron and iron board, slippers, toothbrush, soap & Shampoo, kettle, coffee & tea, mugs, TV, safety box and hair dryer, but there is no mineral/drinking water, small fridge or microwave provided. However the check in is quite tricky as you may find the person arranging check in staying in the alley nearby The News outlet, there is no proper reception counter available. The customer service will not answer your call. They only reply via what's app so do not bother to call, you may get scolded by the lady who answered. This can be said as not a hotel service, so do not expect that kind of services from this provider. It is more like AirBnB style. However it was a nice stay just during the night i don't know why there is strange shouting and yelling and disturbing sound once in a while came out from nowhere. so it's quite disturbing my sleep a few time wake up in a shock hearing something unwelcoming sound. But if your ear is sound proof while sleeping i think it will not becoming a problem to you.

Room look old. Window glass outside also moldy and a lot of algae. We change room 2 time. We choose high floor. 1st change room very Smelly bad odour and feel crippy. Terrible can't stay. Got something pasted at the wall. 2nd change room good and nice smell. Room big and comfort @Guest if need to stay here please check the room first. If uncomfortable please ask the lobby customer service for change. .

The room was ok, but overall cleanliness was not good. There were many cigarette remnants and bread crumbs near the window. The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times. It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call. i will not book through this operator anymore
