GGuest UserOverall a very comfortable stay at B-09-06. Unit is right in the cloud. Weather is cooling. Air is fresh. Perfect for a getaway from city life. Unit comes with microwave, plates, cups, electric kettle and stove. You can have your own meals with ease.
There is a sky avenue link to Genting resort. Antara Genting Mall is just right at ground floor, easy access to eateries.

Key collection is easy and just right at ground floor entrance to block B lift lobby. Checking out is also simply walking out and returning key to COBNB counter at ground level outside of block B lift lobby.

GGuest UserStaff were super helpful and pleasant, I am very thankful they let us check-in early, and room service was great despite our many requests 😅 Hotel was also very clean with fun things to do, like pool, billiards, a kids activity area, and very informative hiking trails! Our guide was lovely.

CChris TanYXI recently stayed at Scapes Hotel Genting for a one-night leisure trip and had a pleasant overall experience.
The hotel has a modern and stylish design, with a relaxing atmosphere that feels slightly away from the busy Genting crowd, which I appreciated. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, suitable for a short getaway. The bed was cozy and the environment was quiet, allowing for a good night’s rest. Basic amenities were well provided, and the overall cleanliness met expectations.
One of the highlights was the facilities — especially the swimming pool area, which was well maintained and great for relaxing. The surrounding environment also gives a peaceful resort-like vibe compared to staying directly at the main Genting area.
Location-wise, it is slightly away from Genting SkyWorlds and SkyAvenue, so having your own transport or using ride-hailing services makes getting around much easier.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, ideal for a short leisure escape or weekend retreat. I would consider returning again for a relaxing stay away from the crowds.

GGuest UserThe location is quite close to Genting Resort. Exact location is right before Ria Apartment. New building with multiple facilities. They provide all the kitchen utensil, cutlery, knife, etc if you plan to do a simple cook. If you are driving down from Genting Resort, you can reach Antara by turning into the Chin Swee Temple. If you are driving back to KL, you will need to climb pass the Genting Resort. Few things that can be improved such as the dust on the room fan, water outlet slow-flow at shower area, dishwash detergent, etc. Overall, a definite good stay with the family.

GGuest UserHappy that the entrance for theme park is so near! However, we were allocated the valley wing side. Good thing, it is more peaceful, the nature view is nice.
However, abit inconvenient, and if you are unfamiliar with the place, I do see people get confused and lost at the valley wing lift.

The mattress was shaky and the toilet was smelly. I changed my room for third time and the customer service was good. Not having any pleasant stay due to the mattress but nothing to complaint since they assisted me with third time of room arrangement.
My room facing to road and can heard the speeding sound during mid night. Overall it’s fine if you just prefer short vacation. Not waiting too long for the lift and this is something good.

SSHEREEN KHAIRUNISAThe place itself is nice, and the unit is very spacious — definitely suitable for a big family. We enjoyed the stay overall because the house was comfortable and had plenty of space for everyone.
However, the check-in process was a bit confusing at first. We initially went to a different receptionist because we thought it was the correct one, but apparently they were from a different company. We were quite surprised to find out that we had to collect the key from the MyNews store, where someone was waiting there. Honestly, it felt a little suspicious at first because 3 days before our stay, I had a few questions to ask but the contact number provided couldn’t be reached at all, and nobody replied.
When we arrived during the rain and went to the wrong place to collect the key, we kept calling and trying to find someone but couldn’t get through. Luckily, we eventually figured it out. The unit also had a washing machine, but unfortunately it wasn’t usable. We also had some difficulty entering the unit at first because the key card didn’t detect properly.
My suggestion would be to provide an active contact number that guests can easily reach and clearer instructions on where and how to collect the key, especially if calls are difficult to answer. That would make the overall experience much smoother.

GGuest UserThis is our first stay in ion delemen for 4D3N. The unit is very spacious and clean however we faced some difficulties as below.
1. Broken bedframe: One of the room bed is broken and we have reported to the reception immediately however no action was taken nor any updates was received. There are difficulties every time when we sleep on it as it is unstable.
2. Wifi connection: Throughout our stay, we unable to connect to hotel WiFi and no action was taken to rectify it.
3. Noisy door: There's a very annoying sound every time when we open or close the room door.
