DDC005If you prefer a quiet resort and still enjoy Thai food + good massage…this is the place. Not crowded.
Friendly staffs and I’m impressed that some staffs speak very good English.
4 of us enjoyed the food in the resort so much that till now back in SG…we still think about it *better than the food we ate in Bangkok restaurants n I’m not even joking* I have got to mention here their PIZZA was so delish!!!
Only cons is travelling from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Vala Hua Hin takes 3 hours :(

GGuest UserFelt at ease and welcomed from the first day we checked in the hotel. It was during the busy christmas period, but the hotel staff were very patient and service oriented. Facilities were very kid-friendly, which our toddler absolutely loved. Breakfast had a good spread, and the room service was attentive to all our needs.

PPeter DavidWe took a courtyard view room. It had a spacious balcony and drying area, but you do look out onto other balconies, so if you value privacy go for poolside views. It was spotlessly clean, perhaps recently decorated, with a shower extension added to the bath tub. Breakfast is delicious with full Western and Thai choices. Stroll through the ground floor passing the swimming pools to reach the beach with its sunshaded seating area. Cha am beach has a nice atmosphere. Not overcrowded and beach food was fresh and tasty. Lots of Thai families staying at the hotel. We keep coming back for the pools and location.

Hotel is located no more than 5 mins by taxi just North of Hua Hin AIrport and 15 mins by taxi to the main Market Village Mall of the City.
Don't believe previous reviews conveyed the size of this hotel. This is a mega property with vast swimming pool areas to enjoy including a lovely garden pools if you want a quiet afternoon snooze.
We had two meals in the main buffet area and both were excellent...thank you Warnara for looking after us!
If you decide to book this hotel I would strongly recommend taking up the breakfast option...when was the last time you were in a hotel that served roast beef at the breakfast buffet?
Rooms are large and spotlessly clean and kitted out with high quality furniture.
Finally I'll share the best kept secret within this hotel....the exec floor on the 7th floor! If you can stretch your holiday budget do not miss this wonderful exec floor experience were Ms.Amonrat and her team will ”welcome you home!” And ensure your day is closed out with a few cold beers or lovely wine.
Glad we found this jewel and look forward to a return trip soon!

Facilities: The facilities are exceptionally comprehensive and well-equipped; they truly have everything. There's a kids' zone, a gym, entertainment areas, and plenty of leisure options.
Cleanliness: Everything was immaculately clean. The housekeeping staff clearly does a very thorough job.
Environment: The ambiance is very peaceful and quiet. It's perfect for those seeking tranquility. If you prefer a more bustling atmosphere, the Hilton in the city center might be a better fit.
Service: Every staff member was extremely courteous and polite. The service deserves full marks. I highly recommend this hotel.

MMWonggWe absolutely love staying here! The atmosphere is great, and the overall experience has been wonderful. The only downside is that the bed is a bit too soft for our preference, which caused some back discomfort. Other than that, everything has been fantastic. The breakfast is truly outstanding—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options. Plus, the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient for a relaxing getaway!

เเจ้าหญิง กุหลาบThe staff across all departments were excellent, and the front desk service was great. Check-in was quick and efficient. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, and well-stocked with amenities such as body wash, shampoo, and lotion.
We had booked three rooms, and the AC in one of them wasn't cooling properly. The staff promptly came to inspect it and immediately offered to switch our room, which we greatly appreciated.
Breakfast was delicious, with a varied menu that changed daily, making it very convenient and enjoyable.
Its location is excellent, being close to both the beach and a 7-Eleven. There are also many street food vendors selling delicious options right outside in the mornings and evenings, which was a huge plus.

CChangKids enjoyed the facilities. Though on last night of our stay there was a big party held in the hotel and the music was way to loud and didn’t stop until 11pm. It was not nice at all since it is a kids friendly hotel and that noice caused problem to our children’s sleep.

TThipkrittaCleanliness needs significant improvement. With a 3 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, there's a 3-hour window for cleaning before the next guest arrives, so I would expect the room to be spotless. I found a used cotton bud in the drawer below the mirror and a used shower gel bottle left under the bathroom sink. In-room slippers were not provided; I had to request them, when they should really be a standard amenity available without asking.
On the positive side, I loved the room's great view and the beachfront bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and chill out. The bar staff were incredibly entertaining. Overall, other aspects of my stay were quite good.
