A big shoutout to George and his fantastic team for making our stay absolutely marvelous at the Porto Bello hotel! From the moment we stepped off the ferry, we found ourselves just a leisurely stroll away from the hotel. Accessibility? Check! Our rooms were spacious, adorned with charming decor, and so squeaky clean that even our shadows felt compelled to leave their shoes at the door. We received clean sheets and towels and generous provisions of shower gel and shampoo. And let's not forget the hairdryer-on-demand service, because why not feel like a superstar while on vacation? The rooftop seating area had beautiful 360-degree views of Paros. Breakfast and cocktails were both served up there And speaking of breakfast, our taste buds threw a parade! The spread was so scrumptious, it had us contemplating the feasibility of smuggling a few croissants back home. But wait, there's more! A side dish of tradition came with every breakfast, in the form of a delightful Greek treat. Just imagine: ancient flavors, modern comfort - a match made in Paros-dise. To sum it all up, our stay at Porto Bello was an A+ experience. We left with our hearts full, our spirits lifted, and an unwavering promise to return. Kudos to George and his dream team for giving us a picture-perfect stay in Paros!

They take your money before cancellation and never refund it. Stay away from untrusty, unreliable owner. Be aware, their intention is to take your money but never give you back. There are other reliable places in Parikia with honest service.

Terrible hotel. Rude staff. There is a construction right next to hotel, there is no relaxed time, as noise is coming from outside. There are cockroach outside, and rats. We overheard someone being bite by bedbugs. At night the neighborhood is not safe for late hours walking. Avoid it.

The room was very clean, and exactly as described in the photos. The hotel gives you the perfect vibes for vocation. The staff was very polite and helpful, making the whole experience in the hotel as well as the island even more amazing. The roof garden has a wonderful view in the morning, you can see the whole city while you're having an excellent and full breakfast, but it's even better in the evening with the beautiful sunset. The hotel is actually really close to the port and the center of the city.

Actually, there is anything that I liked. Except maybe the location. Just because it was quite close to the center of Parikia and some beaches. And the lady who serves breakfast. Recommendation: if you don't want to have the vacation ruined, go elsewhere. Paros is beautiful and we tried very hard to enjoy it despite this awful accommodation. To be honest it was the worst experience ever. So, the room and the hotel has nothing to do with the pictures advertised. The room is extremely small and looks like a hospital. White walls no decoration or anything. The sockets can be found only after separating the 2 beds. No wardrobe only few hangers on a bar, no table, only a minuscule shelve, no other furniture except 2 chairs which was not alike. Very small balcony, with 2 plastic dirty chairs and a table, no kind of hanger for wet towels or swimsuits. The view...to a construction site. TV not working, AC very old, leaking on the wall and working intermittently. The bathroom extremely small, no cabin or curtain at the shower, so all get wet around when you use it. The hand shower broken, it was leaking on the other side. No socket in bathroom, a single shelve too high to be useful, only soap provided and one single toilet paper for 4 days (we had to buy from the supermarket). The towels were changed only once, and only upon our special request to the maid. The room was cleaned superficially only once in 4 days and we were told that the rooms are made "every other day" which is unacceptable for a 3 stars hotel. I received a hairdryer only because I asked for it, it was not provided in the room. The breakfast is on the rooftop where only few tables are not in full sun. There is no buffet, you receive daily a plate with a sandwich, one boiled egg (no other option), butter, jam and honey, one small croissant and a cup of coffee. No fruits, vegetables or any choices for vegan. The hotel overall is dirty, the so called reception is a small table with a lot of things in a total mess. On top of that, they charged the entire amount of money, 476euros, 10 days before arrival and then tried to charge the entire amount again, but found on my account only 240euros which were also charged. Now I am waiting to recover my money.

Possibly the worst hotel we stayed in and especially worst service that we got in Greece. A disgrace for greek hospitality. This is not a hate review, I am not a hater, you can check my hundreds reviews from the past, but this stay is probably the worst of all I wil begin with (few) PROs: location is good, 5-7minutes walk to port and to closest beach. Area feels safe and quiet, lovely entrance to the hotel and the only friendly face is the girl that is serving breakfast on the terrace. now the (hundreds of) CONS: -first, the manager, George, tried several times to get the money before our stay. Full amount was withdrawn and was pending during our stay. Then, he asked for the cvc card number "to complete" the payment. In good faith, we provided it. But he tried again to get the money fromt the same card, blocking another 250$, that is now still pending on our card statement. We made complaints to booking and currently are waiting for the solution. - the hotel is new, but it looks like a hospital, no design, no nothing, everything is cheap, misplaced or missing in the hotel. Whoever did the design should be fired and fined! Let me tell you some examples: -the two beds- when put together (as we found them in the room at check in) - there was no electrical outlets for charging phones, only one socket on the wall in front of the beds (see picture) . Only after we separate the beds, we found the outlets behind, between the beds. - air conditioning was old and leaking just behind the bed (see picture). Remote control also randomly resets and has to be reprogrammed for proper functioning - the light switch between the beds is placed so high that you have to get off the bed to reach it - the TV is not working. It turns on, it works a few seconds, then the signal gets lost. Also, the cable signal is a "masterpiece of design" (see picture) - The bathroom is extremely small, almost claustrophobic and has no electrical socket - but wait, there is one, outside, on the hall, but it cannot be used because the bathroom door blocks it (see picture) - The bathroom door blocks the entrance door (Jesus!) - There's no clothes closet, only some hangers (see picture) - The bathroon shelf is useless. It is placed so high that you cannot use it. No shelf in the mirror area (which is also badly lit - I cannot see my face when shaving - lucky me that I don't have an electrical razor, I wouldn't have a socket to plug into) - The toilet paper stand is placed in a manner that you have to be a good contorsionist to take the toilet paper while standing. Also they did not provide us with new toilet paper, we had to buy it from the supermarket (Jesus). Also, toilet seat moved sideways while seated. - In 5 days, our room was only cleaned once (and one of the towels was dirty) - The shower hose was broken, George said it will replace it the next day, it didn't happen at all in 5 days. Also, there is no shower area separating wall of any sort, all water was splashing on the toilet an

One of my worst stays ever in the Greek islands. Started off great but declined rapidly. No rooftop bar open but power tools until 8 pm on the rooftop bar. No power outlets near the bed. Only a hand-held shower (usually found only in old hotels) and all they provided was body lotion? No toilet paper. The light on the balcony did not work. The tiny fridge froze what I put in it and in the morning I was awakened early by vacuuming, took a "shower" and went into a dark hallway with no lights. No one was around at all and there was no breakfast. These were posted but not provided! And "one minute from the port" is one minute from part of the marina when people keep their personal boats. The actual ferry port is about a 15 minute walk - not one minute! This is a newly renovated venture by a family who simply does not know what they are doing. They ignored my messages which I texted to the number the son provided me with when I checked in. I was still in the hotel and according to their posting breakfast was still being served. However, absolutely no one was around. I am diabetic so this was a problem for me - not having food. This was my first time visiting Paros and they ruined my trip. The hotel had potential but these people are completely incompetent and apparently not too bright! They have ignored my messages entirely.

Reception inesistente, solo un mini tavolino all’ingresso. Positiva solo la gentilezza del ragazzo che ci ha accolto e la vicinanza al centro di Parikia.
