This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out! A special thank you to Xiao Zhang from housekeeping, whose thoughtful service made me feel so incredibly welcome! Beyond that, the hotel room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped with everything I needed, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the cleaning team, was warm and professional. Xiao Zhang truly exemplified what excellent service means with his actions, paying attention to every small detail. My sincere thanks to Xiao Zhang and all the staff for their hard work! Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality service!

Staff is not co operative.even they didn't help to put luggage in taxi.

Nice hotel and close to restaurants, bars 7 Eleven . Very clean, and the bed and pillows were amazing. Very good sleep.

Excellent refurbished rooms and reception area. Nice big balcony. Proper king size bed as well, not just two singles ziplocked together. Carpets in hallway dirty. Elevator too small and too slow. Staff very good.

good location. near mall and easy access to places with baht bus everywhere. as the hotel is next to a bar it might be a little noisy at times. But it is manageable. The thing the hotel to improve is the speed of the elevator, or the logics to it. It will take some time to wait for the lift.

Really great hotel, especially after the recent refurbishment. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Can’t comment on the breakfast as didn’t try that during my stay. The only thing I found was a bit annoying was how slow the lift was. Every time I used the lift I found myself waiting ages for it to arrive. But other than that my stay at the Bay Breeze was very good and the rooms are so nice and bed very comfortable.
