On the ground floor there is a cafe with live music, if it doesn’t bother you from 19 to 23 then it’s ok, but on the second floor the whole view is spoiled by such bushes made of wires, so be careful when choosing a room, the breakfasts are excellent, there is no microwave in the room and no chairs , only on the balcony 2 huge

Visited many times and while it is a great location I leave the bar angry every time because of the noise of the bar staff shouting loud to each other from 3/5 meters a part. It does my ears and head in. Two other customers commented on it today so I am not alone on this matter

Would not bother. Restaurant below plays music EVERY night. I am older and go to bed early. To the drum of the noise that travels through the whole place. Girls in yhe Restaurant are helpful but geared to a restaurant not a motel. Only place i know in Thailand that has a 3.00 checkin and an 11.00 out.

Good bar restaurant across from the beach. Great views on sunset. Only this is . Turn down the music at 8.30am in the morning We went there for breakfast and they had Thai music playing way too loud. Couldn't have a conversation without talking up louder. We walked out.

Located on Beach road Jomtien. Next door to Akvavit bar on Soi 3 Great views on sunset over the beach. Beers on tap along with bottled beer. Tables amd chais for dining. Or sit at bar Food is good. Open for breakfast. Staff friendly and service good.
