Beautiful hotel, lovely design, thoughtful features and personal touches: Champagne arrival, lavender pillows, complimentary tasters. We stayed on bed & breakfast so can only comment on this however was lovely and manager George greeted us personally every morning and ensured we were looked after. Used the spa for treatments and left feeling relaxed and pampered. Only suggestions would be more choice of fruit at breakfast and a ramp at the front of the hotel for access with a suitcase.

From the moment we arrived at AT Herbal I was in love!! The decor is gorgeous, the lobby smells amazing, everything is so clean and immaculate!! We were travelling as a family of four, my two sons are 9 and 7. Our room was huge with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the pool and the sea! The beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve stayed in! All of the touches from the thick soft towels and robes and slippers and plenty of complimentary toiletries were great, not to mention the complimentary chocolates my sons especially loved receiving each evening!! The buffet breakfast was divine, so much choice and a gorgeous outdoor terrace to sit at, one of the daily highlights for us! The addition of the indoor pool and steam room and sauna were fabulous to unwind in and being able to change beach towels throughout the day was great. The hotel is a short walk from some lovely restaurants and beautiful beaches and the views and relaxing music round the pool was also perfect. There was a small child’s play room right off the pool so perfect for adults that wanted to sunbathe while their little ones played. Even my two who were a bit older enjoyed some time out of the sun playing with the Lego. Every member of staff we dealt with was incredibly helpful and friendly and I was honestly upset to be leaving such a wonderful place! We will be back!!!

We booked a recent holiday with Jet2 and we made what turned out to be the brilliant choice to stay at the beautiful AT Herbal. The hotel is stunning from the moment you walk in, and the class and elegance of the communal areas is continued in the super smart rooms. Our room was both spotless and spacious and the quality of the beds and bedding was sublime. Our room was very well equipped with bathrobes and lovely toiletries, as well as a coffee machine, a good selection of teas and a decent sized fridge to store our own cold drinks. The attention to detail did not stop there either, with really smart glassware and cups and saucers to enjoy the range of drinks available. Each day we made the most of these on our lovely balcony, with fantastic sea views. As mentioned above, the beds and bedding were brilliant quality and it was equally as easy to fall into them at the end of a day, as it was hard to get out of them in the mornings. Outside of the room, the facilities available were brilliant, with both an outdoor and indoor pool, as well as a steam room, sauna and gym, which we all enjoyed. The range of poolside beds were fantastic and the bar had a great offering, catering for both adults and children. Our package was for bed and breakfast, so I cannot comment on lunch or evening dining, but the breakfast was consistently excellent, with a good range of hot and cold offerings. Everything available was as fresh as could be and beautifully presented, and this standard was maintained throughout service. The staff at the hotel were all absolutely wonderful and could not do enough for you, without ever being overbearing. I love a hotel that values all its guests, from the smallest of children to the oldest of adults, and at AT Herbal this is definitely the case. The hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas, with cleaning and maintenance work going on unobtrusively throughout the day. It was clear to see how much the hotel, and it's team, value the high standards that they set. AT Herbal is a wonderful little haven of calm which we absolutely loved and will be certain to return to again and again.

nasty and cheap breakfast, services not available, questionable cleaning, unbothered staff... Hotel presenting as 5 star through various booking site, when in fact its only 4 star with a 3 star services. Room service not available, outside sunbeds should be called shadebeds as there is no sun most of the day, girl at the spa rude and judgemental, non of the bars working and restaurant working only certain hours, there was nowhere to get a drinking water at night as the one inside the room was not replenished - all of this should be at least communicated before booking. The point of booking a room in the 4-5*hotel is to have access to its services and not have to worry about shopping, searching for food and water.... even if it is off-season. Those are the basics of hotel services. But yeah if you want to make nice pictures it might be for you...........

The idea of the hotel is amazing, it's connected to nature. People who work here are positive and helpful, view is incredible and it takes just 1 min to walk to the sea. Breakfast were nice. Atmosphere in the hotel is relaxing. Love it ❣️
